Stairs. It's not the best accessibility-wise.

I saw my fourth and final movie while in Nashville at this AMC. It wasn't the closest one from my hotel. It took roughly 18 minutes to drive over here. I wanted to see Minions: The Rise of Gru. It had a matinee that seemed perfect. I paid for my ticket through the AMC app and then drove here. There was lots of parking in the lot. I parked and went in. If you do need to buy a ticket, you do it at the concession stand. I bought a small popcorn and a small fountain drink. The man there was nice. I paid with a credit card. I got my popcorn and filled my cup with Diet Barq's orange. It tasted like a creamsicle. The popcorn was yummy. There is a mini flight of steps to get to the theatres. I don't recall whether there's a ramp for those who need it. I got to my auditorium. There were two staff members cleaning the seats. They had flipped a couple of seats over to vacuum. It was interesting. Row letters are on the carpet. The seats are clearly numbered, heat up, and recline. The leather on them was weathered, so they've been there for a while. I rate this AMC lower than the other three theatres (both Regal and AMC) that I had frequented while in Nashville. There was a woman with a couple of children seated in the last row. There were four teenagers closer to the screen. There was me in the middle of all of them. The time that the movie was to start, 1:30 pm, came and went. We actually waited closer to 45 minutes for something to show on the screen, such as a trailer or a bad ad. Nothing. Here's a first for me. I left my drink and popcorn near my seat, and went to the concession stand. I let a man there know that the movie hadn't started and that we've been waiting for 45 minutes. He looked concerned and said that he'd look into it. Someone forgot to press play. Seriously? Here's the kicker. As soon as I returned to my seat, the movie started. We bypassed the trailers and ads, and went straight into movie mode. The movie ended fairly close to when it should have with the typical fluff shown before it. Other than that ridiculousness, I enjoyed watching this flick. It was entertaining and enjoyable. I used the washroom before I left. It was clean and fine. Perhaps this place is understaffed, but forgetting to start a movie in a theatre isn't the best first impression that I got. Hopefully, it was a one-time thing. (336)

Pretty good movie theater for what it's worth! The seats are extremely comfortable and have automatic reclining and even a heated seat option! The sound is excellent during the movie. Seats are tiered so you're not looking at someone's head in the way of the screen. I think the theater could improve in their snacks. Currently snack offerings are few. Popcorn is decent but I think it's missing a lot more of that movie theater butter that is familiar.

Movie was great, the accessible headset worked just perfectly. Staff was great, unfortunately, my chair didn't work, but it was still comfy!

But the most satisfying thing was going to the restroom and it was Clean--- nothing stinky on the floor and they had hand soap and towels.

There was popcorn and trash scattered throughout the floor, and several seats still had trash left in them from previous guests. As we entered the auditorium, the overall appearance was disappointing and unsanitary. What made the situation more frustrating was that I immediately notified an employee before our movie started. He acknowledged my concern and appeared to communicate it over a radio/talkie. Assuming someone would come address the issue before the previews ended, I returned to my seat. Unfortunately, no one ever came to clean the auditorium. For the price families pay for movie tickets, concessions, and the overall experience, basic cleanliness should be expected. I understand theaters can get busy, especially during popular movie releases, but an auditorium should be cleaned THOROUGHLY and prepared between showings. Guests should not have to sit among someone else's trash and spilled popcorn. The movie itself was enjoyable, but the condition of the theater took away from the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves cleaning procedures between showings so future guests can enjoy a cleaner and more welcoming environment.

I have lovvvedddd, loved, loved, loved Malco's exterior esthetic from the moment I laid eyes on it! At night, the entire front-facing portion of the building is illuminated by what I refer to as multi-colored "tube lighting" (highly resembles that popular wall lighting you see a lot of in 50's-styled diners ‍). Anywho, the theater has been very well maintained in the 6-7+ years it's been open... always quite clean. Also, they recently installed some awesome seat upgrades. The upgrade includes full leather ('pleather') seating along with footrests that electronically extend/retract to each patron's liking! Love going to see movies here.

It's certainly seen better days, but it remains a comfortable place to catch popular films, and it's still booked and busy at peak evening times. Part of the Regal network, a standard film here runs about $17 (taxes and fees included) for a matinee and $21 for an evening prime time show. All theaters feature recliner-style seats with lots of room between rows. It's not always the most well-maintained between shows (popcorn and candy wrappers left behind by earlier moviegoers), but it's serviceable. Given the price of tickets these days, I do wish they'd keep it a bit cleaner. A medium popcorn and medium drink can run you about $23, which feels insane, but the popcorn is always freshly popped and topped generously with butter. The concessions line is always long but moves quickly, and I've never been late to a show because of it. Generally this is one of my preferred spots for popular movies: easy to reserve in advance, easy for my friends to get to from anywhere in greater Nashville (so a great meeting spot), and parking is plentiful even when it's packed. The Regal Unlimited membership is roughly $30 a month, so if you see at least two movies a month, it's a great deal compared to AMC's offering. I also find better movie selection with Regal in general, and this location always features some otherwise hard-to-find Indian movies, which is a nice bonus. Not the fanciest theater experience in town anymore, but a reliable one.

The exterior and interior could use some updating, but parking was extremely easy and convenient. Once inside, I noticed the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. There was a bit of a line at concessions, and it moved slowly, but the employee helping us was exceptionally kind and helpful. He even asked if I was a member and let me know I could save 40% on my order (I believe Regal offers this discount on Tuesdays). The theater itself was clean and appeared to have relatively new seating. The chairs weren't recliners, but they were comfortable enough for the movie. While Regal Green Hills is definitely the more modern theater, we had a great experience at this location and would happily return.

From the moment I sank into those ultra-comfortable, spacious reclining chairs, I knew this was going to be something special. The seats are ridiculously plush--plenty of room to stretch out, perfect recline, and enough space that even my tall frame didn't feel cramped. It felt more like lounging in my living room than sitting in a theater, but with a massive screen and incredible sound. As for the movie itself, "A Great Awakening" is an absolute masterpiece. It's powerful, thought-provoking, and emotionally gripping from start to finish. The storytelling is masterful, the performances are outstanding, and the cinematography is breathtaking. I was completely immersed the entire time. It left me inspired, moved, and genuinely uplifted--exactly what a great film should do. The theater in Franklin gets everything right: clean facilities, friendly staff, and those heavenly recliners that make the whole experience feel luxurious. I can't recommend this combination enough. If you're anywhere near Franklin, do yourself a favor and see "A Great Awakening" here. You won't just watch a great movie--you'll enjoy it in total comfort.
