I haven't been to the movies in some time, so I will say that the experience was ok. The check in was quick. Tickets were purchased online, showed the QR code, received theater instructions and we were on our way. You can pick up your snacks before heading to your theater. I didn't get any snacks (didn't want to risk missing a second of the movie). We saw the 3D version. I appreciate the 3D glasses, but I cannot say they are sanitized after each user. No worries, I always have sanitizer and/or wipes on deck. The seats were not that comfortable, I left feeling like I needed a massage (or maybe that was because the movie I went to see had me so on edge I was tense...lol). Seats do not recline. Can we do something about all of the previews? I like seeing what's coming to a theater near me, but not 30 mins worth---Geesh, can we just get on with the scheduled program?!??!!! The sound was good, no complaints there. Overall, it's a solid theater. No filth or disgust that stood out to me. I sanitized my own seat armrest etc. no biggie (no judgement---we all know people can be nasty). Will I go back? I will. Are there better theaters? Of course.

Promo to buy tickets for a movie with live Q&A segment afterward.

Boooo! This early screening of Spinal Tap II was supposed to have a live Q&A segment at the end of the movie! I didn't expect it to be directly interactive from the theater of course, but maybe submit questions via an app or site? Or if anything, just show the cast answering questions. But a lot of us waited around after the film ended and I went out to the lobby to talk to a manager, and they didn't know anything about it. So the film ended, and that was that. No Q&A segment like we were promised. Lots of us were feeling kinda ripped off. We went to this exclusive, one-time-only early screening with the hopes of this bonus event only to have the management scratch their heads. **Don't go to early/special screenings with bonus events at Regal Palladium IMAX in High Point, NC, ** because they likely will not know anything about and you will miss out! Lucky moviegoers who went to theaters that had their sh*t together probably got to see it and maybe even participate. :( Edit: I'm reading now that this was a more widespread thing involving Regal itself. I've seen lots of reports in the last hour, like mine, where the moviegoers in a few states were expecting (and promised) this Q&A session but the Regal theaters had no idea about it. So I'll bump it up from a 1 star to a 2, but I'm still greatly disappointed.

Great comfy seats! Love that they recline. Was a bit disappointed that the matinee prices aren't much of a deal anymore.

We saw mufasa. It was a great movie. Seats recline and can be reserved in advance. They were so comfortable that I fell asleep.

Super friendly staff greeted us and scanned our QR code. We picked up some HTTYD merch, including an Icee in a special light up cup. We had great service and several of the staff spoke to my son about his Lego creation. They were just generally positive, which probably made the $77 tab go down a bit easier. As we settled in our recliners, and placed our drinks in the cup holder, it did not fit. In fact, it flipped over and the Icee spilled all over the floor. When I went to grab napkins and alert the staff that we might need a cleanup on aisle E, they were kind enough to replace his Icee. The cleanup was quick and thorough and the staff member even apologized that they sold us a drink that didn't fit in the cup holder (to be fair, it was opening day). He assured me, too, that he would let the other concessions staff members know to forewarn others. We enjoyed the movie and when we went to search underneath the recliners for a few lost Lego pieces, I was pleasantly surprised to see just how clean the crevices and floor underneath and behind the seats appeared. While going to the movies will certainly be a rare treat due to the insane costs these days, I will definitely go back to this location due to the friendly, considerate staff who go out of their way to do their jobs and take pride in the space.

Good movie, good drinks.... That's about it. We got to the door and the ticket taker couldn't figure out how to use her digital machine. The manager was standing there in his wrinkled shirt and never even said hello. We got to the counter and waited.. and waited.. finally someone came out of the back to serve us. We made our way to the theater room showing our film. . . . Now. I haven't been to a lot of movies since Covid but getting there 10 minutes early then sitting through 40 minutes of commercials seems excessive. I'll probably stay home next time.

First visit to the movie theater since before Covid...guess I've lost track of time! So I typically prefer the comfort of my own home to watch a movie, but we got passes the Xmas before Covid and finally got a chance to use them. Went to a Saturday matinee of the new Ghostbusters movie. Since we couldn't cash the passes in online, we got there about 20 minutes early, only to learn that no one works in the ticket office anymore. In order to physically buy tickets, you have to wait in the concessions line, which is unbelievably long and slow. Finally after about 20 minutes we made it to the front of the line to get our tickets and snacks...it's obvious popcorn prices have continue to move with inflation, considering the price was $10 just for popcorn.... The theater it self is nice, with reclining leather chairs and tables that swing over your lap. It's clear the definitely need to do maintenance x as most of the tables are no longer horizontal to your lap, they are crooked down from people either sitting on them or putting to much wait. I couldn't even keep anything on my table without it falling off. I was pretty disappointed by that fact, that people just don't respect the property of others Overall, we enjoyed the movie, but I could certainly do without the lines and the crazy pricing. It will probably be a long time until I return to the movies. There will have to be something I just have to see on a big screen, otherwise, I'll wait until it comes out on streaming

I've never had issues at this movie theater. The seats and aisles are always clean - no visible food/drinks left behind, maybe some crumbs here and there but nothing egregious. This location ahas a few IMAX theaters as well as IMAX 3D. Reserved seating and/or mobile ordering is great. This theater is a part of the Regal brand, which offers the Unlimited Pass (watch unlimited movies for a monthly fee). Bathrooms are clean for the most part.

I purchased two tickets for the 45th Anniversary of the movie Grease which I was incredibly excited about! (the kid in me was squeeling!) I took my 15 year old granddaughter with me which made it an even cooler experience! Arriving there, the parking can be a bit crowded as there is not only the movie theatre with many shows playing but there are also several stores surrounding the theatre. Once inside there was an employee that was supposed to be checking tickets but he was leaned up against a counter sort of out of sight. I approached him and asked if that was in fact the theatre showing Grease as I didn't see ANY advertisement for it at the actual location. He nodded and I asked if he needed to scan the QR code in my electronic tickets. He shrugged and said he could do it or if I was going to get concessions, they could do it. We were in fact going to get concessions (and he certainly didn't seem interested in working at that moment), so we opted for that. The staff member we got at the concession stand was much more pleasant and eager to help. I even asked him if they take Apple Pay and he kindly explained that it's only card or cash at that register. THEN I saw the sign that was right in front of my face telling me the same (remember, I'm SUPER excited about this movie! :-)) I apologized to the young man for missing the sign and he was gracious and said at least I saw it. lol He scanned my ticket and said "I didn't know they were showing this. I would've asked off of work to see it." I excitedly told him they were showing it on the 17th as well. In hindsight, I think he may have been just being kind... but then again there ARE young ones that enjoy older musicals. lol The theatre only had about 8 people in it, which surprised me. WHO DOESN'T want to see GREASE.... IN A THEATRE?! Either way, we found our way to our seats. There are little rotatable tables with each chair that have built in cup holders. Both of ours squeaked as we moved them to sit down. We got situated and waited excitedly for the movie to begin. They had some fun trivia prior to the movie as well as a recorded introduction from someone that had a part in the making of the movie. I wasn't paying attention as I was trying to get a photo with my granddaughter before the movie started. Again, there were only about 8 of us in the theatre so I wasn't disturbing anyone by doing so. The film was playing on both sides of the screen as if it wasn't placed correctly. So parts of the scenes were not actually seen on the screen. That didn't bother me too much as I could still see the movie for the most part. The seats were comfortable enough and recline back to an almost laying position which was nice. They were heated seats which I've grown accustomed to in the higher priced theatres (spoiled much, Renée?) but they were still comfortable. What was disappointing is the way they looked. They were peeling and look awful. The tables need some maintenance. I DID like how this theatre has levels with like barrier walls for each level. So when you're seated, you don't see the other rows or people. That was nice! Felt more private. The bathroom had many stalls but only one soap dispenser, which was empty. It didn't look as if the bathroom is being maintained much. The waterfall and the lights outside really make the theatre beautiful at night time. My granddaughter and I stopped for a photo under the lights. Overall a great experience but the theatre really does need to tighten up a bit on their maintenance and the staff that is representing them.

Glad to finally be going back to the movies again! I made my first return to the theater to see Top Gun Maverick, and I definitely was not disappointed in what I saw. The movie and all its greatness is irrelevant to the score of the theater, but if the theater were bad, it could certainly detract from the experience. This theater is still well up to date, with all screens having the large comfortable seats, and many of them recline to fit your comfort level. Some of them have small tables that rotate in and out, if you are having something that is more like a meal during your movie. Thanks to the pandemic, going to the movies is even more expensive than it was before. Prices on tickets and concessions have all risen. They are trying to make up for the numerous losses they had during the pandemic I am sure. But, this is somewhat expected. There is still nothing quite like watching a new action movie release in IMAX at this Regal. If you are willing to wait for a show that is not an IMAX, and you can come before 6:00 p.m., tickets can still be had for about $10 on a matinee show. I hope to see people return to the movies, as I would hate to see them fall out of favor as people want to watch their new releases at home, on what are always going to be inferior screens with sound systems that are probably not as good. I'm sure there are some rare exceptions, but, most people don't have quite anything like this at their homes. I'll continue to support this theater, and I hope to see you at the movies soon!

Great theater! The recliner seats plus the tables attached to them are a good touch. Nachos need more cheese truthfully

Do the arm rests on the recliner seats fold up? Or do any of the arm rests fold up?

Ours didn't but the handicapped seats might.

It might even be the best movie theater in the Triad, but I haven't been to enough movie theaters in the Triad to know for sure.

The screen was very big and sound was great. The film started on time instead of having 30 minutes of previews. I didn't give this theater 5 stars because of where it is located, and it's not the cleanest theater around. I can think of a couple times that I thought the floor was a little sticky, but I'm sure one large drink spilled would make half the theater sticky. I've never seen excess trash or popcorn on the floor so you can tell they try to keep it clean between shows. I recommend this place to anyone that enjoys going out to see a movie but thinks most theaters are just way overpriced.
