While I was there, I saw them constantly cleaning and disinfecting the pedicure stations between customers and sanitizing their towels and equipment. Everything felt very clean and well maintained. Hailey did my nails, and she was wonderful! She was kind, gentle, very detailed, and took her time to make sure everything looked great. I have natural nails and was a little concerned about using a drill on them, and she really listened to my concerns and worked with me instead of just doing what she normally does. I really appreciated that. I got a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure for around $100 total, which I thought was a very fair price for the quality of the service. My nails and toes turned out beautiful. I'll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Hailey and Luxe Nails!

I asked for a pedicure and full acrylic set manicure, I've stuck with the same color for years. The pedicure chair was nice, relaxing and enjoyable, then a gentleman came over to start my acrylic nails at the same time. I asked for short "to the ends of my fingertips", however after 3 times of asking I finally said "okay" with the length. I proceeded to let him know "the nail on my thumb is crooked, is there a way to fix this?" He told me multiple times "yes" but never did. My 6 year old daughter told me it was crooked when I said "what is wrong with my thumb?" When I got home! My pedicure finished and I was attempting to put my boot on when the woman who gave me a pedicure was trying to "help". I was trying not to mess up what the man had don with my nails and she proceeded to try and shove my leg in my boot, laughed at me, spoke to another employee who came over and laughed and then tried as well. Finally I moved both of them away and put my boot on with no problem. He continued on when he proceeded to use the drill on my nails, he cut my middle finger nail/cuticle to the point where I continued to bleed even after holding tissue on it for a minute. His solution? Put nail glue on it WHILE it was bleeding and pooling blood still. After this I was so upset I just wanted him to finish so I could leave. Over a $100.00 spent and just over 1 week my acrylics started falling off! Please avoid. Again beautiful on the inside but not a good look experience.

The pricing was fair given the location. The young man who did my mom's nails had a great attention to detail although he wasn't much for conversation. At the end of the day we were in and out in about an hour for a shellac manicure for about 50 bucks.

My favorite nail salon in the area, I have been customer for years, customer service is excellent, charges are reasonable, and Tammy is the tech I always ask for : she is skilled , courteous, and does not make you feel rushed. The salon is bright and clean. I saw a review that was not happy earlier this year from someone who lives across the country, maybe the wrong salon ? Charges are reasonable here, service is good, and the staff is friendly and kind, whether you want the basics or decorated nails, this is my go to place. read more

The manicure made my nails hurt for days afterward because they were so rough with my hands. There's nothing relaxing about going here. 5. If you're looking for a spa day to get your nails done to relax, I would go down the street. 6. They book appointments on top of each other in order to get the most money out of people.
