This place never ever disappoints. I have been coming here for a year now after living in the poconos for about a decade; Originally from Long Island. Never had a bad pedicure here, it lasts forever. I say this as I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open because it's been 2 months since my last pedicure and it's just grown out and time. The polish other than being grown out has not a single chip in it and still looks like it could have been fresh painted even though it's legit been 2 months. This is probably the 20th nail salon I have tried since living here and it's by far my favorite.

When I called & VERY nicely explained what happened she actually said, "we tried to tell you not to get that type of polish but you got it anyway." Maybe there was a language barrier or maybe I misunderstood but instead of accusing the customer of being the cause of the awful job done (after they redid the 3 fingernails for only $5) maybe take some responsibility. They lost a customer who tips 25%. I was charged $30 but I paid $40 including tip all for bad job.

A week and a half ago she was treated to get her nails done (thank you Sehoya Mari) sadly after a week have them on. The nails started to pop off. They charged her $75 for a set and 1 week they are popping off !!!!! Nah that's a problem. So she called the nail place up told them the situation and they said bring her in , no problem we will take care of it. GREAT!!!!!! WRONG !!!!! Not only was she trying to low key hint that my daughter at her age was to young for nails ( like mind yours and I will mind mine thank you ) shit was rude as hell . but when I seen her nails after she was done was a whole joke in its self !!! ( I will post both sets ) The fact that I feel like this place took advantage of my child because she knew my daughter was not gonna speak up and say something pisses me OFF !!!!! In good conscience, I could not give you a higher rating. The only reason I gave you one star, was…read morebecause you took me in, at the last minute. You either don't really know how to add tips and fill properly, or you thought I was ignorant as to what good fake nails should look like. Not only was the fill dumped on with a file (not applied with a brush), and feathered out from the tip; but the whole process, from beginning to end, was very unprofessionally done. The nail polish was even applied over the skin around my nails! I hope that you will not be offended by this review, but that you'll learn from it, take stock and either seek excellence in what you do or seek another line of work.

So sorry but I had to remove my previous glowing review because this woman turned into someone I…read moredid not recognize and was ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY! I had been going to Laura since 5-22-22 and never asked for anything speacial. Well this one time, my sister offered to do my hair (for free of course)and lives 1 hour away from me in another state like Laura. Well, I told Laura I had a broken ankle but had paid the $50 deposit and was hoping I could use it for the next time I get my hair done. She abruptly said "NO!" and that I had to read the policy and repect her business. She said it did not matter how long I was doing business with her, she would not give me a refund or allow me to choose another date for the $50.00 I already paid. Well, I was respecting it by asking to do it at another time. She again, said NO! That she used the money to pay her bills and no refund or later date would be given. She then told me to just cancel it, but again, no refund would be given. I thought we were friends. We used to bring her a cold drink everytime we came and she even told me she got a few customers from my previous review. I said, well suppose I can't make it all the way up the stairs to your shop with my broken ankle, could you do it downstairs? She said NO the owner of the building would not allow it. Mind you, the owner would not be there on the date and time I was going. In the end, she called me and asked me for my bank info so she could book someone else and give me my money back, minus a transaction fee. You see, because it suited her and she could make more money by booking someone else, she all of the sudden was willing and could give me my money back!! She did not even respect her own business!! So long story short, If you may need a refund or to cancel your appointment for any reason, don't use this place. The website will not allow you to cancel (as she suggested) look for yourself. Also, she was not being honest with me by saying she COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND OR ANOTHER DATE TO DO MY HAIR. Obiviously, when it was convenient for her then all things became possible!! Go somewhere else where you think the hairdresser will work with you or at least has a better cancellation policy that will allow you to rebook instead of loose your money! I will never go back. Laura you know every word is the truth and you've lost a customer and two friends. Was it worth $50.00?
