From the first time we met Nima Atighetchi of Servpro, we felt he was knowledgeable and cared about our home. He explained to us the process, the likely length of the repair and how they would protect our environment. Before we even got the quote for the job, we wanted to work with him. When we got the quote we were happy and went with ServePro and Nima's team. It was a great decision. The job was done very well, they made sure to minimize the impact on our use of our home, and they were extremely focused on the cleanliness of their work. We would highly recommend them and if we had any other issues in the future, we would go right to Nima to handle it. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star experience!!!

If you want water damage resolved quickly, they are what you are looking for. They were not the cheapest quote but they were the fastest. I got quotes from other places that included drywall repair but they were a few days out. So I decided to go with Green Planet because they could start immediately. The only thing was that their quote didn't include drywall repair. I was told it's another dept and I would need to get a quote or I can find my own handyman. Ok how much can it be? Well after the water damage was resolved, I started getting quotes for drywall repair. I found out it was very expensive. In fact, well past the quote from the other places that included drywall repair. If I were to do it again, I would get quotes for the complete work so I can compare apples to apples.

For a moment, let's forget the company itself, but concentrate on the people and the level of service they provide. The team arrived shortly after placing our initial call to take care of a flooded basement. Besides quickly taking care of the area, the came back a few days later to demo some walls and carpeting. I still don't know where all the dust and dirt went. The Servpro guys were so professional, clean, and courteous. It's as if they weren't in our house, but the work was done within a week. At the end of the work, we were left with almost 50 empty Servpro shipping boxes, which they came back to pick up at no extra charge. Besides the work they did on our house, they dealt with our insurance company and made sure everything was in order, from paperwork to payment, etc. Highly recommend THIS branch of Servpro; caution, as most Serpros are branches/franchises, and I cannot comment on how the other branches do.

Upon their arrival I advised I would not sign anything (incl paperwork that stated if my insur didn't cover, I would) bc insurance sent them over to inspect, so they could follow up w my insur co for payment. They cleared it with their supervisor and simply inspected. I received an email later that afternoon showing the work they recommended, asking if we'd like them to proceed, but didn't reflect a price, not even an estimate. I have a high deductible so needed to know whether or not this small job cld be done without insurance. I called and spoke with Sako who advised they couldn't provide me with numbers bc the scope of the work could change depending on what's they find as they do the work. I asked for at least an estimate. The next day, I received a call from someone who said they estimate it wld be $3k-$4k for this sm location ....and that's just to mitigate! (Doesn't include restoring w new dry wall). I found a diff licensed contractor to do everything from a-z for just a few hundred bucks. So if you have a small job, ask a lot of questions before proceeding with this co bc from what I see, they are unnecessarily overpriced.
