Our 2nd time here . This theater was way better than the first one we were in that didn't have reclining seats.. Only thing that kept this visit away from a 5 star was the seat labeling. We were a little late so movie started it was dark the rows were lit up but the seat numbers were hard to find and see once located. The theater was split in half and the isle labeling didn't indicate which side to go to for each set of numbers. And also the fact they didn't have runners to fill concession orders. Same person ringing you has to fill your order which takes up a lot of time.

This place was awesome. It has a few places to eat, play games, eat ice cream, and gives a quaint ambiance prior to even walking into the movie theater. It's a one stop shop ordeal. The only negative thing is when sitting outside next to the water fountains you have to be aware of the BIG tree Roaches that they have. You will see them crawling on the concrete and on the ground.

One of my favourite theatres in town. We enjoy this plaza and the theatres are so comfy and the concession is great!

This was a first time only because they had my movie available. The theater was beautiful and new. Very clean and empty but yet it was a Thursday evening. The only complaint was the seats do not recline, which is odd in how much they put into this theater. They have an arcade multiple eating stations. The other complaint was with the big fancy theater the whole place was clean except the restrooms. So with being so empty on a Thursday evening at 6pm, why were the restrooms so trashed? How long were they that way?

Recently saw gladiator 2 in the 4dx theater. Wow! It was waaaaaay better than I ever expected. I assumed the seats might have moved around a little bit but it was like a ride at universal studios. So much fun! They have a full bar for alcohol. Be careful because I had my whiskey on the rocks in the cup holder not expecting much and once the seats started moving it spilled. But I wasn't even mad I was having a great time. Deff will be back !

This theatre in general is my go to they have all the screens for any experience you are looking for even one where water sprays and seats move to the action

Stairs a foot from your face. Enjoy your movie in your non-reclining chair.

No recliners and stairs a foot from your face, so all the late fools disturb those who are able to somewhere on time. Won't be back.

We've been to this theater a few times now and I have to say - it doesn't disappoint. While it's certainly not my favorite - it ranks up there... The good: VIP - I love the VIP experience. Free unlimited popcorn, free unlimited drinks - including brewed tea, free unlimited ice cream, a private area... what more can I say??? With three young boys that can eat you out of a restaurant, "free" is ALWAYS good and the experience has been good each time. Screens/Ticketing - I use the Regal app for nearly all purchases and love the rewards. I have to say, they're usually pretty generous (in my defense, I'm a diamond member). I also enjoy how the random tickets and upgrades pop up in the app, the the ScreenX experience is something else. The wrap-around had me hooked when we experienced it for the first time. Although... perfection would be to take away the stadium-style seating and add tables in the ScreenX/4DX theaters and it would be GOLDEN! Location - it's in an up & coming area and it's nice - Bender's landing IMO is the Spring area's version of The Woodlands or Town & Country. The theater is typically pretty clean and is also easily accessible from the freeway/Grand Parkway. The not so good: Food: I loathe that more theaters haven't caught on and offer more healthy options for diners/movie-goers. As a T1D - my options are VERY limited and I too want to indulge here and there. But for the price of an 8 slice pizza that is mediocre at best - I highly suggest eating ahead of time and/or choosing a more luxury theater instead for in-seat dining, or be prepared to spend steakhouse money on fast food garbage. Staff: Some of the staff can be and are complacent. We've had some unfortunate misses with visits and a past negative experience with ordering something that the staff member decided to change the ingredients on (without disclosing for allergy-warning no less) because "what the item called for wasn't available," is very off-putting. I'm already cautious, but this is something that should totally be unacceptable and addressed. Overall, we enjoy this theater & will consider seeing a showing here. For the amount of money you ordinarily spend on a movie outing, I highly recommend checking out the VIP tickets... trust me when I say they'll pay for themselves!

You can tell it is a newer theater, very cool! It was a very pleasant experience just getting to explore the inside since it's so beautiful!! went to try the VIP area to watch Wicked w my boyfriend. The concessions girl was nice but our food took way too long even though the place wasn't busy at all. The popcorn in the VIP area was a little old but the ice cream and drinks were great. Tried to get Boba from the drink store but sadly, there were no employees there so i couldn't order it. I will definitely come back with my family, not a perfect experience but still a wonderful place to go watch movies :)

Visited over the weekend. It's a very nice theater. The restrooms are clean. That's important. It's huge and we got VIP tickets. That comes with free popcorn, drinks (soda) and soft serve ice cream. Only thing we bought tickets online and didn't know so we bought popcorn when we walked in and then had to return it and get a refund. They should start asking if you are VIP. I saw another couple do the same. There is a full bar with alcohol. Of course food options

Cinema day $4 movie with $4 bundle snack (small. Popcorn and small drink) was great. However, they didn't staff up or open every register, leaving customers waiting in line for over 30 min and at one point they ran out of popcorn. I missed the start of my movie. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better next time Regal!

The chairs need to be upgrade, not even the vip seat recline or have a small table. Plus they NEVER EVER ANSWER THERE PHONES.

We have been there before and this place is Absolutely Beautiful and the Food is Delicious. We rented out 'The Audrey', which is a Private Dinning area and Private Theater with those comfortable seats you can lay back in and enjoy the movie. But first, a little about 'Star Cinema Grill'. When you first walk into this place you are amazed at how Beautiful it is. The approach to the Ticket Area is Very Impressive. They even have Mask for those that forgot theirs - and their Entire Staff wears a Mask. Next is the Bar/Dinning area that is AwesomlyBeautiful. At first look you think you're on a Cruise and aboard a Very Beautiful Ship. Everything about this place is Elegant - even the walkways to each Theater - and the Restrooms - Yep, even them. My Wife said that she has a dress just like the carpet here - sure glad she didn't wear it last night, I might not find her. Now, back to the review - The Audrey Dining area was set up with separate tables for each couple social distanced apart. The Manager, Colleen, met with us and we went over the evening. Everyone arrived on time and MJ, our Private Server, took our drink orders and returned pretty quick with our drinks. I'm having their 'Frozen Jack-N-Coke' and my Wife is getting their 'Texas Mule'. F.J&C is my Favorite Drink and when it arrived I was totally impressed as to the appearance of this drink - it was Fluffed Up above the rim of the glass. This was a Pretty Good Drink and the taste of Jack - and it's Fluffed Up. My Wife enjoyed her 'Texas Mule' and had a couple of these during the evening. MJ, our Server, took all our orders and placed them electronically. Their Menu consist of 'Previews' as Appetizers, 'Feature Presentations' as Entrees (along with Pizza and 'Green Screen' for Salads) and 'Closing Credits' as Desserts. They also have listed 'Kids Corner' for the Kiddies. The other side of the Menu list all the Drinks they offer - and there is a lot of them with Very Cool Names, along with 'Classic Candy' and 'Quick Flicks' (Popcorn, etc..). They also have a lot of Draft Beers on Tap - that's always good to know. My Wife ordered their 'Love Me Tenders'; Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenderloins with Seasoned Fries, Texas Toast & Country Gravy. I am having 'The Godfather' (Pizza); Sausage, Pepperoni, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Tomatoes and Cheese. Note: They make their own Crust here and you can also have their Cauliflower Crust. While we waited for our food we chatted and enjoyed our drinks - and I really enjoyed my Fluffy-Frozen Jack-N-Coke. This was some Good Stuff. Soon, and I mean Real Soon, MJ started bringing out our food. My Wife's 'Love Me Tenders' look really good and their 'Presentation' is Beautiful. My 'Godfather' also looks Very Yummy and it was. Nice Fresh Flavor of Everything and the Crust is Lightly-Crunchy-Liciousness. Everyone enjoyed their food and ate all they could but due to the abundance of food on each plate and there were plenty of To-Go-Boxes prepared. You get a lot of Deliciousness at Star Cinema - but I ate all of mine because that's what I do. 'Star Cinema' provides you with a list of Movies to choose from for your Private Showing and we choose 'The Personal History of David Copperfield' based on the 1850 Novel 'David Copperfield' by Charles Dickens, which is Very Interestingly Done Different-ly Movie you will ever see - or something like that. You also can bring in any Movie you want on DVD (except a Disney Film) and it will be shown on the Big Screen for your Private Groups Enjoyment. When Dinner was done, we took our seats in the Theater section of 'The Audrey' which has those Plush Seats and more. They also offer Blankets for you to wrap up in if that's what you want - and a lot of our Group did just that. This place really goes all out for Customer Service. My Wife and I grabbed some seats and opened up our Popcorn Boxes that they provided for Everyone - and started enjoying the Coming Attractions and the Popcorn. This Popcorn is pretty good. I'm not a Popcorn Eater per-say but - I finished off my entire box half way through the movie - It's That Good. We enjoyed the Movie and it's Delightful Weirdness. Our Server stayed with us the entire time providing the Best Service you could get anywhere - and this is at a Theater. The 'Star Cinema Grill' offers the Best Service along with Delicious Food in a Very Elegant Setting. They also have $5 Tuesdays for Movies and offer Special Drinks on various days for only $5 - such as the 'Texas Mule' on Thursdays along with 'Craftmans Boch' - a Very Dark Beer that some of our Group enjoyed - and did I tell you I enjoyed my 'Fluffy-Frozen Jack-N-Coke? - well, I did. Check out the 'Star Cinema Grill' on Facebook and on-line - They are Awesome - They also can Delivery your Food Order via Grubhub directly to your home or office.

The food was surprisingly good for a theater--there's a solid variety on the menu, and everything we ordered came out fresh and flavorful. Being able to have meals and drinks brought right to your seat really adds to the experience. The service was attentive without being distracting, which made the whole visit feel smooth. The theater itself was clean, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. The only downside is that service can slow down a bit during busy showtimes, but overall it's a fun and convenient way to watch a movie.

You can adjust the seat exactly how you like it, which makes sitting through a long film very comfortable. When you first walk in, the space is beautiful and feels elevated. I did not realize they also have a restaurant portion in the front, so next time I would love to arrive earlier and enjoy a meal before the movie. This time, we ordered food and drinks directly to our seats, which was perfect. Having something to eat and snack on during a long movie made the experience even better. I ordered a Caesar salad and french fries. I did not take photos because I did not want to be disruptive during the movie, but everything was solid and hit the spot. The popcorn was pretty dry and not flavorful at all so that was definitely a downside as I love movie popcorn usually. I accidentally left my umbrella in the theater and because the door locks after you leave, I called and they were able to bring it out to me so I was thankful for that. Overall, I loved the luxury of it all. The comfort, the service, and the convenience made it a great experience. I would definitely return and make this my go to theater for longer films.
