We've been here a few times. This time we decided to see "Send Help" in 4D. We ordered food from the concessions such as chicken tenders, fries, fried pickles, and drinks. The food was as expected for theater food, it was just okay. We've seen movies in 4D before and it really is a personal preference. The seats move excessively so eat all your food before it starts. Nothing like paying a lot of money for a movie only to have an understaffed concession line. Decided to spend my Sunday watching a movie -- haven't been to a theater in quite a bit of time. The whole experience is so off-putting and makes me question coming in the first place. For me - the experience has lost its appeal. When I say this is the worst run theater I can remember going to in my many years of watching movies in theaters, I am not exaggerating. Made the mistake of going here with my husband to watch "The Odyssey." It was my first (and last) time visiting this theater. Here are some bullet points: 1. Parking: very awkward set up without many spots immediately upfront. Parked in the back & spent several extra minutes walking to entrance. 2. Upon entry, absolutely no organization in line to show tickets and enter theater. No line separators, very slow ticket entry. Prepare to be delayed there. 3. Concessions stands: absolute & utter chaos due to poor management. It is Saturday evening in July. You have 24 theaters and massive crowds seeing movies. And you cannot adequately staff the concession stands to avoid 30-45 min wait times for food? There is a main concession stand and multiple other concession stands for things like bubble tea/smoothies, cocktails, etc. They all are inadequately staffed. I don't blame the staff working there for the long wait times. They were overwhelmed. I ENDED UP NOT RECEIVING PART OF MY FOOD ORDER AT ALL. I missed 40 minutes of the movie waiting for it, and then just gave up. 4. Theater itself: too loud. I was not particularly close to the screen, and my eardrums hurt throughout the entire movie. Seats reclined, but not particularly comfortable. 5. Cleanliness: completely absent. Popcorn everywhere, including throughout the staircases, etc.. in fact, saw a giant cockroach as we were leaving the theater. Which pretty much summed up our entire experience. -I think it is disgusting the way this theater treats it's patrons. If you can afford to hire multiple police officers and security to man the premises, you should be able to afford to hire adequate staff to make the experience better for people. -They are treating their crowds like herds of animals for their own profit. -I will stick to places like Reel Luxury Cinema, Cinépolis, or even Cinemark in the future. read more

Movies are my Jam! One of my favorite theater's to visit for being close to me. Good for solo or group outings. Service: 4/5 The staff is a mix of some friendly enjoy being there and at handful of others that are indifferent. Ambiance: 4/5 With state of the art screens, arcade, coffee shop and new seating with slight recline, but for me are uncomfortable (unless you see movies in VIP, those have recline option). Parking is plentiful with ice cream shop, restaurants, arcade and bar in vicinity, there are activities to occupy your visit. Food: 4/5 Aside from the standard popcorn and fountain drinks and snacks, they offer burgers, hot dogs, pizza and dots. There's also a coffee bar and liquor bar. Popcorn sometimes is light and crispy, while other times it's flavorless and bit chewy. For any cinephile, I recommend getting the "Regal Unlimited" subscription for true unlimited, endless movie watching. (I've had the others, and Regal's exceeds them). read more

Showtimes are not accurately posted they want you in the seat to sell sell sell... the website drives you crazy trying to get you to buy, subscribe, everything under the sun. It is CLEAN! Most theatres smell like feet, fritos and burnt popcorn. To make matters worse, most theatres have torn up seats and sitting in the chairs and laying your head back is cringe worthy. I personally do not mind paying for a clean environment. Plus, the people that attend are decent. You get what you pay for. read more

Our 2nd time here . This theater was way better than the first one we were in that didn't have reclining seats.. Only thing that kept this visit away from a 5 star was the seat labeling. We were a little late so movie started it was dark the rows were lit up but the seat numbers were hard to find and see once located. The theater was split in half and the isle labeling didn't indicate which side to go to for each set of numbers. And also the fact they didn't have runners to fill concession orders. This place was awesome. It has a few places to eat, play games, eat ice cream, and gives a quaint ambiance prior to even walking into the movie theater. It's a one stop shop ordeal. The only negative thing is when sitting outside next to the water fountains you have to be aware of the BIG tree Roaches that they have. I love this theater! It's super nice and I just wish it was closer to me so I could go more often. Especially since they get more of the limited release showings than the Regal that's closer to me. One thing that's annoying though is that the stairs are in the middle of the seats instead of on the side, so if someone comes in late they'll definitely block your view as they're finding their seats. The seats lean back a bit but they aren't recliners so sometimes I start getting shifty and uncomfortable, but all the screenings I've been to here have had hardly anyone else there so I was able to put my legs up on the chair beside me to get more comfortable. read more

And the arm part doesn't lift up, so that doesn't help. The reclining of the seat only moves a little bit. My head couldn't relax back so my neck hurt halfway through the movie. Recently saw gladiator 2 in the 4dx theater. Wow! It was waaaaaay better than I ever expected. I assumed the seats might have moved around a little bit but it was like a ride at universal studios. So much fun! They have a full bar for alcohol. Be careful because I had my whiskey on the rocks in the cup holder not expecting much and once the seats started moving it spilled. We've been to this theater a few times now and I have to say - it doesn't disappoint. While it's certainly not my favorite - it ranks up there... The good: VIP - I love the VIP experience. Free unlimited popcorn, free unlimited drinks - including brewed tea, free unlimited ice cream, a private area... what more can I say??? With three young boys that can eat you out of a restaurant, "free" is ALWAYS good and the experience has been good each time. Screens/Ticketing - I use the Regal app for nearly all purchases and love the rewards. I have to say, they're usually pretty generous (in my defense, I'm a diamond member). I also enjoy how the random tickets and upgrades pop up in the app, the the ScreenX experience is something else. The wrap-around had me hooked when we experienced it for the first time. Although... perfection would be to take away the stadium-style seating and add tables in the ScreenX/4DX theaters and it would be GOLDEN! Location - it's in an up & coming area and it's nice - Bender's landing IMO is the Spring area's version of The Woodlands or Town & Country. The theater is typically pretty clean and is also easily accessible from the freeway/Grand Parkway. The not so good: Food: I loathe that more theaters haven't caught on and offer more healthy options for diners/movie-goers. As a T1D - my options are VERY limited and I too want to indulge here and there. But for the price of an 8 slice pizza that is mediocre at best - I highly suggest eating ahead of time and/or choosing a more luxury theater instead for in-seat dining, or be prepared to spend steakhouse money on fast food garbage. Staff: Some of the staff can be and are complacent. We've had some unfortunate misses with visits and a past negative experience with ordering something that the staff member decided to change the ingredients on (without disclosing for allergy-warning no less) because "what the item called for wasn't available," is very off-putting. I'm already cautious, but this is something that should totally be unacceptable and addressed. Overall, we enjoy this theater & will consider seeing a showing here. For the amount of money you ordinarily spend on a movie outing, I highly recommend checking out the VIP tickets... trust me when I say they'll pay for themselves! read more

The staff is usually rude. I'm not sure if the work environment is toxic but the staff in the concessions is typically rude and appears to be unhappy. Like they hate their job (except the bartenders, they're usually pleasant). There's never anyone behind the coffee counter or smoothie counter. Like ever. You can tell it is a newer theater, very cool! It was a very pleasant experience just getting to explore the inside since it's so beautiful!! went to try the VIP area to watch Wicked w my boyfriend. The concessions girl was nice but our food took way too long even though the place wasn't busy at all. The popcorn in the VIP area was a little old but the ice cream and drinks were great. Tried to get Boba from the drink store but sadly, there were no employees there so i couldn't order it. I love the "unlimited pass". It's a great deal if you think you'll go to more than two movies every month. When you sign up, they do make you sign up for three months right away. But it's only $20. So it pays for itself before the second movie. Regal is also really good about giving points with every movie and every food thing you buy. The theater itself is beautiful. Very state of the art and brand new. Movie screens are great as is the surround sound. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We had issues with our tickets we bought on the app and they helped us out pretty fast. They have all the typical snacks movie theaters have, refillable snacks and refillable popcorn. They also have a little Starbucks stand, a bar and a boba shop. When we went today I was craving boba, we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come serve us and they were out of everything. Very disappointed in that. If you go with the VIP package, there's a separate room you go into and can have unlimited popcorn, drinks and ice cream cones. A couple downsides though: The theater is pretty warm. I personally like cold theaters and I run VERY hot as does my husband. I cannot wear long pants or anything but a tank top to this theater or I die sweating. The seats are pretty comfy. Cushiony and leather, so they aren't all stained from who knows what (but it is also a brand new theater). One bad thing about them is they recline less than an airplane seat reclines. We used to go to AMC Spring 10 and they had seats that reclined all the way with foot rests. So we were a little spoiled from that. Again, for how nice and new it is with a great deal, it's a good choice to go to the movies a few times a month for $20. I just wish they'd turn on the A/c! read more

This is a last resort theater for me. I did the math for standard tickets- for 3 matinee tickets (2 child, 1 adult) I will pay $12 more dollars at regal rather than going to Cinemark. And for what? The seats are uncomfortable (don't recline) unless you pay even more for "VIP" and there is literally nothing else that they offer that's different from any other theater. A $20 ticket gets you access to a cozy 21+ theater area, with unlimited popcorn, fountain drinks, coffee, and soft-serve ice cream. The luxury recliners are an added comfort for the VIP seating. Tried this theater for the first time. We have been wanting to go but it opened during the pandemic. It's really nice. The VIP experience is definitely what we will always purchase. You get unlimited popcorn, drinks and ice cream. I was a little disappointed because I love soft served ice cream and the machine was broken. I sure hope this is not a common issue. Management needs to make sure the employees sweep the elevator floor. There's carpet in it but popcorn was all over the floor. I so think they need to do a better job at labeling the seats. The isles are labeled but it is very hard finding the seat numbers. I was really stuck between 3 and 4 stars with the minor issues but the theater really has the potential to be 5 stars if they fix a few issues. read more

Really underwhelming experience. I was caught off guard by the limited food selection in both the general and the VIP lounge. There where a few selections only available in the VIP from what I gleamed but I could be wrong. You'd think for $25 a ticket the area would at the very least be clean. There was popcorn, candy and other Sri my substances throughout the section. The bathroom was clean but I'm thinking this was only because I caught an early matinee. My interaction with staff was pleasant for the most part, some kids enjoy their jobs and others were just there. With all of these shortcomings it's still one of the best cinematic experiences in the Houston metro. read more

AMAZING Experience! We took the family to see Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom. Regal Bender's Landing has 18 screens and offers 4DX, RPX, and ScreenX. Basically, this place is massive. We LOVED watching a 3D movie with 4DX experience. The interactive seats took the movie to another level. It was so much fun! Only thing I noted was that it seems like you're on your own at Regal Bender's Landing. No one checks your tickets or monitors who enters each theater. Also, there was no one there to give us our 3D glasses. With a theater this large it would be nice for the staff to have more presence and availability. read more

I don't know about the other theaters but the RPX was horrible. The bass is in the floor under the seats and instead of creating a cool effect, it sounded more like a loud subwoofer in a crappy car. The chairs rattled like every screw was loose. At times the rattle of the seats was louder than the movie. As a cherry to top it all off, the seats are miserably uncomfortable. I was really excited to try the theater because it was new and had the 4D experience. The 4D experience is a little gimmicky but worked amazing for Maverick. My wife and I signed up for the membership and saw some movies. We tried out all the different types of theaters. The issues started happening when we noticed they didn't scan our tickets. We just had free reign of the place which meant all the kids running around had the same. No one monitoring if people had tickets also meant many were sitting in others seats and just moving if someone showed up. The VIP is also a huge gimmick because you have to walk down stairs to get that unlimited popcorn in the small bag. It's not in the back of the theater. The last straw for us was when the fire alarm was pulled at the start of our movie and the whole theater was evacuated. No staff came out to say what happened. No refunds. The fire truck didn't come for 10 minutes so obviously a false alarm (turns out it had happened before according to their Facebook page). We canceled our membership and will only probably go back for a 4D type movie. read more

Me and my dad came here after dinner and a rough day. Place was huge and gathered our attention. When we walked in hardly anyone was there and understaffed but really cool looking place. We bought the VIP tickets to watch the new superman and had a free small cup of ice cream, they only had vanilla though. When the movie started, i was thrown back by the volume.. volume was ridiculously loud, i had a headache the whole time and had my hands covering my ears the whole movie. This theater for being fairly new is very poorly maintained. There's always trash on the floor elevator sometimes popcorn on the floor. They never clean up. They don't have any freestanding soda machines you have to go to the counter. If you want free refills then you must pay for a VIP ticket, even when your a REGAL CLUB MEMBER. OTHER REGAL THEATERS DON'T DO THIS. Rather drive to LONE STAR REGAL where they have free refills and managers are welcoming. This is the second bad experience i have had coming to this theatre in the last 2 months. The workers behind the counter, do not care at all. They move as slow as they can, to get anything, also, i had to ask for a new drink 3 times because of how awful it tasted, seems like they dont upkeep anything. Secondly I asked for one of the specialty cups that came with a small sonic figure, and was told I couldnt buy it because they were "sold out" the guy looked me in the eyes and said that, when right behind him was the exact thing i was asking for. Dude was super rude about it. After watching the movie, me and my group were walking out and wanted to grab the special poster they were giving out for the new movie, and were told that we could not get one because it was "too late" again even though the posters were right behind the counter they would not let us have them. read more
