I only go here for movies if my friends absolutely want to go. The price of movie tickets here is ridiculous at around $15 a piece now. The selection of food items is pretty good but the cost of them is ridiculous as well. I went in on a Tuesday evening to catch a movie with my friend and that place was a mess. The lobby area had popcorn all over the ground, there was one worker to check people out for movie tickets and concessions, and once I got into the actual theater for the movie I noticed how run down things have started to look. The chair I sat in was a little ripped up, the cup holder was gross, and the floors were covered in all sorts of food litter. I used to stop in here about 6 times a year, now I limit it to maybe once a year because it's just not great. Go buy the movie when it comes out and watch it at home with your friends. It'd be cheaper and cleaner (depending on who you are). read more

One of the few movie theaters in Lima. Clean appearing still at 3pm on Christmas day. You could only buy tickets at concessions today, which made the line VERY long, particularly if you are interested in only getting a ticket--as we are. We don't buy snacks at movie theaters, too expensive as is the case here (but if snacks are your thing, average price for a movie theater). Bathrooms are decently clean for a public bathroom. The seats are comfy, but you do not have your own arm rest. These are not reclining seats. The temperature of the theater is actually pretty decent--I wore a light sweater and was comfy. Overall a decent pick as far as movie theaters go. read more

While I am so grateful to have this one Regal in Lima, I'm disappointed with the experience. The temperature of the theater had to have been low 60's...if that. Our whole group was freezing and we dressed for warmth since it's winter. But it never occurred to us the inside would be struggling to be warmer than outdoors. read more

It was the worst day of my life: Divorce finalized, dog dead. I wanted to enlighten my life. I thought: "I'mma go see a movie." So I went here. I saw Universal's "Secret Life of Pets" and I decided that my life had to change. Now, I live in western Florida, with six dogs, three cats, and my four furry girlfriends. This has always been a pretty trashy movie theater for how expensive it is. However it is pretty much the only theater near me so I deal with it. Today changed that. I went to pay for my ticket and snacks and they refused my cash. That is the straw that broke the camels back. I won't be going here anymore and will actively discourage my friends and family to do the same. read more

I Went to Applebee's and received my free movie pass for top gun through them only to go to Regal at the American mall show my free ticket promo off my phone only be told by the employees they are having difficulty retrieving my free ticket to get in. Not only with mine but with others also. So you run a promotion with Applebees and you can not comply! We took 10 people on a Monday evening and Regal could only say sorry we can not get your free pass off the internet! Disappointed! Last time I take the time to do anything like that! read more

The theater was clean enough, and the hand driers in the men's room were intense -- like a jet blast. My one complaint was the audio volume was too low. I pay just as much for big sound as big screen, and "Iron Man" was a perfect occasion to blow some speakers. Instead, sound was just average. My date, on the other hand, said she the sound was shaking the mirrors down the hall in the ladies' restroom. Maybe I just have poor hearing. read more

I enjoy coming to the theater but there is no happy medium with temperature. It's either freezing or 100° in here. Today it's the latter. On a budget the matinee is the way to go. I suggest always going to the early movie if you can. Happy viewing. read more

This is a small movie theatre, but pretty clean suprisingly. There were a lot of updates, and they seemed to be paying for them with big movie theatre prices. Seats were comfortable and reclined partially. My little sisters 'slushy' was exceptionally large and a pretty decent amount of butter was given. All in all, I had a good time. Recently my wife and I and another couple went to the Lima (OH) Regal Cinema. The movie we saw was an excellent movie. We often go to the movies and go to many different theaters. I've only been to the Regal a few times and I realize it costs more to go to the theater and buy popcorn and a soft drink that used to. I believe the Regal Cinema theater is very expensive even with our senior discounts we spent $50 for theater tickets two (med) drinks and a Lg. popcorn. We often go to Cinemark Cinema in Piqua and it cost about $35 for movie tickets (2) 1 Lg. popcorn (free refill) and 2 med. sodas. read more

The general manager needs to reconsider if customer service is the right career choice, because she is extremely rude to customers. On more than one occasion we have had experience with rude employees here. Mostly management. From now on me, my husband, my children and my in laws will drive the extra 20+ minutes just to avoid this theater in the future. read more

I was pleased with this theatre. From the outside it looked a little small and had me worried. Once inside the staff was polite and theatre was clean. The screens were average with good clarity. The sound was average but definitely doesn't compare to the bigger theaters. I'm used to a higher quality of sound system in my home market but for a traveler this was a good way to waste some time. read more

I don't know what the heck they (Regal Cinemas) were thinking when they designed an outdoor ticket sales theatre in NW OHIO! The theatre is not bad, clean, and mostly comfortable once inside out of the cold. Nice building to locate in FL. read more
