Store hours clearly state 9-2 Saturday. It is 11:45am, I parked the sign said open, I turn my car off, the lady inside is watching me the whole time, I open my car door and she walks to the front door makes eye contact with me and locks the door!!! Then flips the sign to close! I don't know if they went to lunch but for a place only opened 5 hours closing after 2 hours makes no sense. Totally unprofessional. read more

Not quality at all I called and asked what I needed for a salvage revive and they told me to come in with the smog and inspection and I went in and i couldn't believe they told me I should have gone in without the smog because it "messes " their system up if i Smog it before coming in and that i have to go to the DMV now. Can't believe it. The whole point of them being there is so i can avoid the DMV. Useless. They can't even verify VINs. Coming here was a waste of time. read more

Excellent service. They knew their business and I received the copy of my registration for only $59. There were no exorbitant additional fees. I will use their services every time I need something from DMV. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere. read more

On September 17th 2022 I came into REG PROS located at 6036 Stockton Blvd Suite 120 Sacramento, CA 95824-1535 at approximately 1pm. I brought in all the documents needed to register my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia purchased in Texas. I was serviced by a young lady who advised that I had two options, to do just the transfer of title work and registration or to just do registration since I was getting IRP plates that another office would handle. (They do not offer IRP services) She was really helpful and advised that I may be charged twice for the same service if we registered the truck there and with IRP. I agreed to just do the title work only. She advised that since I had purchased the truck out of state that I would have to pay sales tax on the vehicle. These taxes totaled to approximate $9604.70. Come to find out im EXEMPT from paying these taxes and having a major problem getting my money back from them or the dmv. I was advised this could take 3-9 months!!! Very sad that a place that offers DMV services in unwilling to advise commercial vehicle owners that these fees are only required when doing business with them direct without a form from the CDTFA that they can even advise which form to be exact. Very disappointed. Ive filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General to start. they must take responsibility. Its almost 10 thousands for goodness sakes! read more

Very rude, especially "Eric". Just a bad attitude right out of the gate. Horrible tone. Needs to be trained to deal with the public instead of acting like a drill instructor. Whenever you deal with rude customer service agents such as Eric just take your business elsewhere. Not worth it. read more

I have called a few other registration places many of them were rude and can not give me prices for the fees. Reg Pros on the other hand was very friendly from the start. I called Reg Pros he answer all my question, so i have decided to go here, on the plus side they have coupon you can use. read more
