I really hope I get to change this review to at least a 2 or 3 star, but OMG, QRS has been extremely difficult to work with. I have been trying to get a title for my Escape (Canadian-made) trailer for over a year now. The rep. I had to chase down to discuss this with was unprofessional and certainly not helpful. Apparently my title "was created" but no one has seen it and she won't communicate with anyone, me or the financing company, to provide it or clarify what the problem is. California requires a VIN inspection and sign off in order to register a car from out of state. I recently got a car that needed this done and when I did a search on Yelp, there were many who were mobile and would come to me if I wanted to pay over $100-150! I also have AAA who will do some DMV services but not VIN inspections unless they've been involved with the car sale paperwork from the beginning. I ended up finding this company and they were great--very close to the Sacramento/Arden area dealers. They are knowledgeable about DMV rules and charged me about almost 50% less than a mobile verifier would have. The only bummer was that when they gave me the form that I had to send in, they didn't warn me to not sign it. I didn't read carefully and saw the "owner" signature space and signed it. My bad! This resulted in making the form invalid so I had to redo the whole thing and pay again which was more time as well. Next time I will probably not buy an out-of-state car! read more

I needed a Vin Verification for my 2024 Corvette. I had it done at first at DMV and 2.5 hours later it was done and registered , They kept the original copy, but my selling dealer wanted the original. I had to get another Vin Verification for the dealer. I didn't have the time to waste at DMV. I found QRS and went to them for a Vin Verification. Less than 10 minutes they completed it and I was out of there. I highly recommend QRS for your DMV needs if your time is valuable. Great service. read more

The Hispanic girl with the blonde hair is really unprofessional. Her people skills are horrible. Her demeanor comes of like she hates her job and it shows in her work ethic. No big deal. I just transferred a car title, paid my registration, updated my address, and received my registration tags on the spot - in and out the door in 10 minutes. Are you kidding me??!? This is after I set an appointment at the DMV (first opening is a month later), wait for 3.5 hours and then they skip my number! I am never stepping foot in the DMV again, how do people not know about this place?! Not to mention the staff is made up of incredibly helpful and KIND people. Danielle helped me out and she was amazing and I'm sure everyone else there would be the same. The energy in the office was so positive! I paid ~$60 for all of the forms I needed but since I didn't need to take time off work (open till 6pm and on open Saturdays!) I think I might have come out ahead! I made a quick call to see if the office did VIN verifications since we were buying an out of state car that was in California, they said yes to come & it was on a first come first served. So approx an hour later we showed up with the car on a trailer & not only did they promptly do the VIN verification they were able to do all the paperwork necessary to change the Title (the seller was there too with us) all within record timing less than 40 min from start to finish. No DMV lines to have to wait for hours in :) and the ladies were very friendly, personable & professional. We will definitely use this office again & I must add this was a Saturday too. Now fast forward, 2 weeks later we received a refund check the fees were even less, now that's nice... have you ever got a refund from the DMV? :o) read more

The ladies at the front were so helpful and very educated with the laws and process. Referred me to a smog place right around the corner since I needed a smog which also gave me a discount when mentioning where I was referred from. Super fast process and was able to get my tags that same day. I recommend them to anyone needing their car registration renewed and want to avoid the long DMV wait. I bought a out of state vehicle from dealer in Las Vegas. The dealer set me up with a 3rd party to take care of this but they were in SoCal. I felt better with dealing someone local and found Quik Registrations Services. I worked with Sharon, and she worked with me on getting everything squared away. I highly recommend!!!! So I went in to register and do a title transfer of my new to me rv. This place is wonderful. No wait at all. I'll say that again, no wait!!! I was seen immediately upon entering and the woman who attended to me was so kind and professional. I ended up having complications with the title which were the fault of the people I bought my vehicle from and whereas if I was at the dmv office, I would have been bounced from desk to desk for all the issues involved, she was able to handle and give information beautifully on her own. I wish I could remember her name because she went above and beyond going through all of the steps, the possible fees, and she made sure I understood everything I would need to do. 1 review 2 minutes ago DO NOT GO HERE! Trust me. I am still in the process of getting my registration and transfer 2 months later. I was told to pay $275 for them to do the process. Would receive a call a week later. Well, 2 months later and still no calls. I call in every other day or more. With a response saying that the person dealing with it is in a meeting. An that they would call me back. Never receive any calls back after continously trying to get an answer. No way this process should take this long. On top of it. This has costed me almost $800. Originally decided to use them to prevent me having to miss out on time by going to the DMV. Should of saved me money because I am sure I would have accomplished my needs. To say the least, they have nothing "quick" about them. Also to top it all off. I spoke to another DMV registration place like this. In which they told me they wouldn't of charged me until they have accomplished the task. Again, for your sake and the possibility of being screwed over. Just go to the actual DMV yourself. read more
