Ok, so lets break this down (Hammer Time). Very clean pumps, parking lot and convenience store...Check. The staff does welcome you with a smile when you walk inside....Check. Gas is cheap everywhere now so it is hard to spike up prices...Check. Location, location, location. Being one of only a few gas stations on the peninsula of Charleston and being the only one right on the marina side offers a huge competitive advantage. Finally, scenery. Once you step out of your car, you are welcome by sailboats, James Island Connector, marina and if you are lucky an insane sunset. Bingo!!!!

The car wash did an incredible job and left my car looking clean and presentable again. Sunoco off of Ladson road is in a very safe area of town. Moreover it's extremely easy to get in and out of in a relatively fast manner. Inside is wide open and relatively clean. Also for those who are "Mt Dew" nutcases like me, they have the exclusive Infinite Swirl in their fountain machine. The one problem is that the garbage cans are full most of the time which causes people to simply throw garbage on the ground. Gas quality and prices are great and normally cheaper than shell across the street. The convenience store is great! Made to order sandwiches and their breakfast is amazing! Outside there's no loitering people so one can feel safe while outside of the vehicle. Inside it's the cleanest station around. The floors are routinely cleaned while the air ducts are free of dust and debris (yes I pay attention to that). Next the fountain machines appear to be clean as well with a nice variety of soft drinks. The shelves are always stocked full with snacks and munchies along with drinks in the fridges. The best part is there's always at least two cashiers and their fast. Moreover the card readers are fairly new so they speed up the process as well if you're inside.
