I had left a review on their Google page around 3 years ago, but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared, so I'll post it here because I feel like my husband and I really dodged a bullet for changing our minds and not following through, and a lot of honest reviews were lost along with the Google page being taken down. I also find the number of positive reviews deceiving, as leaving a good review talking about how much you love your new RO filter was something I remember Scott (the salesman) was pushing. I believe if we did so, we got a discount? In my original review I said: "Aggressive sales tactics where they try to scare you into signing up. If you try to cancel they argue with you on the phone. They filed for bankruptcy in February, I'm assuming that's why." We ended up getting a water softener that was a thousand bucks, vs an $8000 RO whole home filtration system that requires a soap subscription. read more

So pissed that I spent so much on a water filtration system for my house but now that it's installed, every time I wash one of my cars I get horrible water spots and salt granules left behind. They have tried several times to fix the problem but it doesn't get better. And they won't replace the system or give me my money back. I'll just keep posting bad reviews so maybe others won't waste their money! read more

DO NOT use this company!! I had their system installed and my water is nowhere near better if not worse. I have water spots on everything. I also installed a separate system to remove gas from my water as I was told this would allow their system to do its job. I have been trying to co tact them to have them right their wrongs and haven't been able to contact them for over a year now. this company is a sham that is out to scam as many people as possible and then once you have the system they will disappear because they have their money. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars and don't even know where to begin so I guess I'll start from the top. The salesman was very pushy. We were lied to from the get go, promised years of free soap and cleaning products to go with this company. After the first supply came in, that lasted a little over a month, nothing else came. When trying to reach out to said pushy salesman are questions were not answered then. We were told the first year's maintenance on the clean water system was free and that the media tank for the whole system wouldn't need any maintenance for 10 yrs. We finally get a call back from the company as the 1 year mark approached only because they wanted to set up the appointment to come out and service our system and charge us over 200$ to do so when we're already paying over 8k for there system. Then along with setting everything up our old system was just thrown in the driveway and left there for us to deal with. Being told by the installer we don't dispose of the old systems. Very bad business to deal with save yourself the headache and stat clear of this company. read more

I absolutely LOVE my Refresh H20 water system! It has made a huge difference in my life! My skin feels soft and my hair is healthier! When I cook my food tastes so much better and I'm drinking a lot more water now too. Anytime I had a question or concern the staff was quick to help me and answer any questions. The salesman was so enthusiastic, and told me I would be so excited about my water quality. I was skeptical of such a claim. How can you get excited about water? I stand corrected. My water was so hard, it clogged up and destroyed my 3ish year old $1k dishwasher :( After I had my system installed, I did a few rinses with vinegar, and my dishwasher came back to life!! My water is great tasting, and my hair is so soft. I've noticed a really big difference, and I'm happy :) read more

Sadly I have had the same issue with the service of this company recently . I even showed up at their office,a large church with more than one entrance and this was mid day mind you, I knocked on every door. Front , the side, even a large door. No One any where. Called left message again, no response. After that, I just contacted another company! Simply Pure in Mifflintown and am very happy I did!!! Excellent service and very friendly and professional, fixed my issue, answered my questions, and my bill for almost 2 hours of work $65 !!! read more

This has to be the worst company to deal with regarding service. The woman is very nice but their service is horrible. Paid almost $400 to change the filters, no problem. I tell the main tech that the one unit does not sound right. He says "they all do this". I've had my unit for years and I have never heard that noise, but again I am not the professional. I have no water pressure in my home. I call a plumber, he replaces the pressure switch, asks when I had the water treatment serviced, I say 3 weeks ago, he says that there is something wrong with the unit. I call to make an appointment. We make an appointment for one month from then and that they will have their lead tech will call me after 8am the following morning to walk me through trying to bypass the unit so that I can troubleshoot the issue. I am supposed to be at work by 9am and it takes me almost an hour to get there. I leave my house at 9:30am and I finally get a call at 10:45am. Told him that I could not wait as I had to get to work. He says that he will call me at 5pm. I leave work at 4pm, and again no call. There was another round of appointments that were not kept. The main person calls me 2 weeks later saying that she was sorry that it had taken her so long to return my call. She states that she would have her lead technician call me first thing on Monday morning, surprise - no call again. The evening before I call up to confirm my appointment and now I'm told that she made a mistake and neglected to put me in the book. Now mind you I had to wait a month for this appointment because that is their schedule. She speaks with the lead technician to see if he could something sooner only to find out that now I have to wait a little over 2 weeks for another appointment because he was going on vacation. I again call at 3:45pm to reconfirm my appointment since I had not heard from them. She says that she will call me in 10 minutes. I called back 4:55pm and now I get voice mail and I leave a message. The woman calls me back at 6:10pm from her personal phone stating that she sees the note that he is supposed to see me tomorrow but that she does not know if he has come back from vacation or not. I wanted to know if something ever were to happen to their lead technician who would do the work and why couldn't their regular technician come instead. Was told that he's scheduled to be in a different area. I do not know how they can afford to stay in business as it's quite obvious that they do not have a clue how to operate a business nor how to accommodate customers who have been waiting for almost 2 months to service my system which was very expensive and needless to say the imposition of having to deal with no water pressure for this length of time, through no fault of my own but rather through errors on their part. They had no clue what components I had. I had to pull my original paperwork and read it to them. Mind you, they were just at my home in July. She asked when was that particular unit serviced last. I have to idea when it was but all I know is that I paid for maintenance last August and this July. I should not need to say what I want done but rather it should be stated from them what needs to be done as they are the experts. All I know is that I call for annual maintenance, they come and I pay. I would think that all components are checked to ensure that they are functioning properly. Obviously my unit has never been maintained properly since it was installed. Horrible customer service! I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone! read more

We have been enjoying RefresH20 water for a little over a year now. My husband and I are both satisfied with the quality of our water. I'm drinking more water now than ever before because it actually tastes better. Which sounds strange because water has no taste. It's the pure tasteless, refreshment of this water that makes it so good. My experience with sales, installation and service has been very positive. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the system in great detail and took time to answer all our questions. We just had our first year service check and they came when they said they would be here. We have no complaints and would recommend this water purification system to anyone who wants to enjoy good tasting, tasteless water, and cut down on the amount of detergent and other cleaning products used. I've also noticed my washer stays cleaner without residue or buildup and my laundry is fresher and cleaner.
