One of the best gel manicure and pedicure I've gotten! The place is so clean and they use new supplies on each client! I love that because some nail salon do not do that so finding one that does makes me feel so safe with my nail health! Linda was incredible, she made sure my nails came out the way I wanted and painted them so well! My boyfriend got a manicure from Karina and she said she was great and her nails looked so clean and healthy! So happy I discovered this place, I will definitely continue being a loyal client! read more

The best pedicure ever! I had to get the mani/pedi for the wedding event & decided to get it done after getting my eyebrows threaded in the thread salon in the same space in the airy, clean, spacious room located on the 2nd floor with off the 3rd Avenue. Hannah , the bail technician who took care of me suggested a " callous removal pedicure " @ $50.00 after looking at Mr feet. Unconvinced if she could remove the chronic callous but decided to give a try. OH MY! After multiple different treatments, I saw my feet become silky & smooth, with my toenails neatly & beautifully painted while I was being dozed on & off , my finger nails were perfectly manicured. From that moment on, Hannah would be my regular nail technician , I decided, sorry to divorce to my regular nail technician of five years, lol. I will try their enticing massages along with my regular mani/pedi routine with Hannah. What a hidden gem in Midtown! Walk-ins are welcome but the appointment preferred as they could be very busy after 4:00 PM. Two regular technicians on site . Serene, immaculate space. Highly recommend. read more

Very good service but the manicure did not last at all. Two days and every finger was chipping. I did get a regular manicure, I understand that I don't expect them to last long but two days is very short. But it was a very clean salon. Nice layout where there is a nail section and hair section. Then the hand and feet dryers are by the window so you have something to look at. They also have the phone holders to make it easier to be on your phone. read more

Came for extensions and they did such a great job and was so polite and professional! Found my new go to nail salon

Came here on a Thursday afternoon. Tina was great! Very attentive and caring. The pedicure included a scrub and clay mask for the calves. My gel manicure also ended with heated hand moisturizing gloves. Will come back again! read more

Refresh Nail n Spa - Gel manicure and pedicure done! - Waxing Near Me - New York, New York

I'm nail obsessed and very particular when it comes to the way my nails look. Especially since my job involves dealing with high-end jewelry, so my nails are always in people's faces . I've been to my fair share of places in Manhattan, a no place compares to the work that Winnie does here. She's been doing my nails for the past three years, and she never fails to impress me each and every time. The salon is very clean, organized, and friendly - and the massages are GREAT. read more

With so many great reviews, I was super excited to try this place out before vacation. The good: the staff was very nice, the nail salon was clean and I was taken right away when I walked in. I got the gel manicure on Thursday morning (it is now Sunday) and the gel is already falling off the nail, I expected it to last at least two weeks.I will not be coming back. read more

Refresh Nail n Spa - Chipped nails after 5 days - Waxing Near Me - New York, New York

I only went there for two reasons first reason being was that they're in my neighborhood plus they claim to be organic well let me begin by saying I could have done a better job with my ped egg the manicurist not the owner but one of her assistants that day it was only the owner and another manicurist. She was a racist when I told her that the water was cold she looked at me like who cares and then she made it too hot my feet felt bad for a couple of days after my visit she scrubbed the bottom of my feet like she was scrubbing the floor!! When she offered to cut my cuticles oh hell no she made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be going back there again!! There is a list on the wall but where are the prices!! I really miss the former nail salon that was in that location!!! read more

$33 (after a 10% discount!) is not an acceptable price for a subpar pedicure. If you are going to charge more than $30 for a regular pedicure, you need to step up your game and hire better technicians. I could have done a better job myself. read more

I am not one to leave a review ever, but this was the worst sns powder mani I've ever gotten. In less than 2 days 5 nails chipped!!!!!! This is supposed to last 3 weeks. I was their last customer on Thursday night and my boyfriend even left a $20 tip. I needed my nails to be perfect during the weekend for a few events and I'm outraged that they didn't even make it to Saturday night without a single chip. I am going back today and will see if they will redo my nails somehow. Will report back. read more

I normally go there for Perfect Brows to get my Eyebrows and Waxing done. I was curious about the Eyelash Extensions so gave it a try. Amy did a great good. Not heavy with the hands and works fast. The lashes are very light in weight and feels like I do not have any on. First timers definitely go with Natural and if you want more you can always add more. read more

Not one to post reviews unless I'm really impressed, so here it goes! I've been here twice now and have gotten a massage, a regular pedi, and a shellac manicure. I had my go-to place which I've visited religiously every 2-3weeks for a shellac mani, but I'm pretty much sold on making the switch to Refresh. Both times I visited, I experienced attentiveness and beautifully-done nails. They make sure that every little detail about your nail is perfected, before you head off. I'm honestly so impressed and happy about this new addition to the neighborhood and would HIGHLY recommend...even though I partially wanted to keep it a secret so as to not have it get flooded with more people O:). Refresh Nail n Spa - Amazing SNS Manicure by Amy - Waxing Near Me - New York, New York

Yes this place uses disposable covers to do the pedicures and they use pre-packaged lotions to scrub your calves however the fact that I was told while drying that they were charging me $5 extra for applying a plain polish was behind absurd. I just asked for one coat so I can get back to the office sooner. They had Essie and some no name polishes on the same rack. The Pedicurist said she 'forgot to mention it' but that I picked a long wear polish. At first I thought that she was trying to sell me the polish then just quickly dismissed it and said 'okay'-- I'm not a stickler for $ but SERIOUSLY charging extra for a simple polish application? Also bad pedi not enough scrubbing on foot. Paid around $45 but not worth it. read more

Came in here around 7:10 pm after work for a gel manicure. I was seated right away. It was that time of day when you can tell workers were getting tired. I asked what time they closed and was told 9 pm "but maybe 8 pm tonight because it's not busy." My gel nails came out good and still look nice three days later. (When I asked how long the gel should last I was told two weeks which is pretty standard.) she did say if for any reason it didn't last or any problems to come back and they would fix it. She was thorough and it felt like I was there for a long time. Offered massage and turned it down but wish I hadn't because the girl next to me got her ten minutes worth as the masseuse continued to massage her after the timer went off. The only negative was that some of the workers were talking a lot and shouting to one another which did not make it a relaxing experience. It cost $39.00 in total not including tip. read more

I wrote a first comment encouraged by the promess of a $5 credit which no one gave to me. Plus the nail polish lasted less than a day on 4 of my toes!!! Please see my previous comment (positive but also highlighting they were a bit pushy on overselling): Clean and nice place with professional service. They really wanted to make me a massage which I unfortunately did not have the time for, but the pedicure is great, both the experience and the result! read more

Great experience - I called around 9PM asking if could come in for a mani-pedi and they said ok (despite closing in one hour). I showed up and waited ten minutes. Was treated to a no-fuss pedi along with a nice massage. Around 10PM I was politely asked if ok to skip on the manicure, as the lady helping me was the last there and was very tired after working since early that morning. I said ok and was thanked several times. read more

Got a manicure here today and had a pretty good experience. I really liked the lady doing my nails because she helped me pick the color. The facilities are nice, really bright, and I didn't have to wait when I came on my lunch break. My regular place was booked up so I came here for a last minute gel manicure, and I was impressed! It was a Saturday, and I had to wait 30 minutes, but I didn't mind. They have a wide variety of colors, the salon is clean, and the staff is friendly. The price is about $10 more than I usually pay, but it's Midtown, plus they threw in a 10% off discount. read more

I read decent reviews about this place and was so sadly disappointed. Maybe I didn't get the right technician but let's just say she did a very sloppy job on sns nails. And it took so long that by then end I was just wanting to leave knowing id have to get these removed and done somewhere else. This pal e is expensive because of the part of town but I'd say the service is below average and quality is not good. read more

An awesome, clean and welcoming space with kind and friendly service! Will be back again! They did a wonderful job with my pedi.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was taken immediately. The place was very bright and clean. My technician was very professional, courteous and most of all, did a great job with my manicure. Although I'm used to cheaper manis back home in LA, $15 wasn't too bad, compared to other places I explored. read more

A little on the expensive side compared to other spots but not insanely and they are actually super clean! I'm a germaphobe and this is the FIRST place that has new bags in their pedicure tubs for each customer. Additionally the gel manicure lasted longer for me than usual and the 10 minute massage for $15 was actually worth it! I would like to say that I did have a very pleasant experience visiting this nail salon. The service was awesome, the salon was spotless and beautiful, and the nail tech & Charlie were very friendly! Service wise - def the best in the area as far as I am concerned. I got the gel polish manicure - unfortunately within 6 days two of my nails had chipped. 8 days after they were looking pretty bad. For the pricing for a gel polish manicure (their prices are higher), one would expect that gel polish manicure would last at least two weeks. I paid more for gel for the longer lasting manicure. I will give this salon another try and update my review accordingly because I really want to like this salon as my visit was pleasant - but I'm not willing to pay extra for gel polish that doesn't last a week. read more

So I was in the city for work and cracked my toe nail... ouch!! I walked to the hotel nail salon and it was crowded so I walked across the street and found Refresh nails... went upstairs and found Grace!!!! Yasssss she was amazing!! she took care of me with such care and grace... she asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and I told her regular and that I just cracked my nails... she said don't worry... her work was great... the only downfall was that I chose an OPI color and she had to tell me that OPI products were $5 more... I'm from Queens so I'm not used to that nail polish used was what u picked no up charge... but she went and picked a color similar to the OPI and painted away... I am soooooo pleased!!!! Thank you Grace... read more
