I am from out of town and it was great service! loved every second. Very clean! No complaints!

Jessie is an amazing manicurist! She is attentive, detailed and sensitive to your needs. She has become my go to manicurist!

Meaning I tipped well on top of the $110. What should have lasted 3-4 weeks - lasted about 2 days and I have to go get them redone. read more

The best nail service I've ever experienced. Jessie is my go-to technician--she's fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

I've gone to this nail salon a few times now, and it always leaves me feeling... disappointed. I really wanted to like it since it's so close to me but the nails never come out right. They're thick and chunky-looking despite all the filing down they do; my cousins would always point it out and my co-worker (who also went there a few times) said the same. It's embarrassing (especially when you have to wear them for the next two weeks). I also used to to pedicures here, and they honestly would come out nice; HOWEVER, for the first time in my life, one of my toe nails developed fungus. I was caught off guard when I saw it and asked why it happened since I had only been going to their business for pedicures (we ended up not painting that one nail and I had to buy medication on Amazon). Take all of this into account when considering their prices. I wouldn't mind paying $100+ dollars for beautiful nails, but these nails just fall short every time. They make the acrylics super thin, which you think would be nice aesthetically, but they way they paint the nail and layer the liquor makes the nails look chunky and ruins the whole point of having thin acrylics. In addition, because the acrylics are so thin, they're prone to breaking easily. A small crack would always appear where my finger ended and the nail began; once the crack continued to travel through the nail horizontally, I would simply rip it off and file it down. This was a common occurrence. Looking past the acrylics, I asked for them to remove my acrylic nails once. Only after my service was done did I find out it cost $25?? Seems a bit much to me, ESPECIALLY when I left with acrylic still on my nails. Overall the place is fine. It's not horrible but it always hurts when I spent so much money and still leave unhappy with how my nails came out. That's why I went there a few times out of convenience and then stopped going back. I'd look somewhere else not in this area. read more

I wanted to get an ombré gel nail design done which consisted of a base layer of pink, topped with a layer of hot pink and orange blended together. Nathan was superrr patient in helping me figuring out pricing and what the best way was to recreate the reference photo I brought. The team also jumped in to offer their opinions as well. I ended up being at the salon for almost 2 hours but really appreciated Nathan's attention to detail. In the end I'm really happy with how they turned out! read more

The staff was very kind and the salon was clean. But my technician removed all of my gel manicure with an e-file instead of a file + soak off, thinning out my nails. He also kept hitting my nail bed, causing me to bleed. It took awhile for these cuts to heal, and I had to get builder gel for my next manicure to help strengthen my paper thin nails so they would stop breaking. This was my first time at this salon and I wanted to love it as it's reasonably priced, so I'm super disappointed in my experience. read more

I came here with my gf and decided to do a pedicure as I waited for her and the technician was thorough, nice and quick. Wasn't too busy when we came but could depend on the time of day. I would call in advance to make sure. Overall a happy experience and would come again in the future! read more

This is the best nail salon in manhattan! I go to Jessie for my gel x nails and I leave so happy each time. I really appreciate that she takes her time to carefully prep each nail and make sure everything's looking fabulous. They have fun beautiful colors to choose from and Jessie nails the style I ask for every time! The prices are also very good compared to other salons. Clean, efficient and beautiful salon. I highly recommend coming here read more

The massage is SO good by Sophia!! Highly recommend and very relaxing spot! VERY HAPPY!

Came here for a gel manicure without an appointment but they were able to quickly accommodate me. There's an abundant of colors and they were patient and nice when I was indecisive with my color choices haha. They were quick but my nails came out great. Perfect for a lunch break manicure session! read more

I stopped in as a walk in. I rarely get manicures but wanted an ombré look. Chose dip. The tips were filed so violently I snatched my hand away and two days later my fingers are still sore where they bled in a couple spots. I was not given a choice in how much tip to leave. It was automatically added to the bill. But I saw others asking how to leave a tip so they didn't automatically include tip on everyone's bill. This place reminded me and reinforced why I rarely get manicures. The positives? My nails are cute and they were never rude to me. read more

Clean space, friendly staff. Quality work. Wish there was a place like this in Brooklyn.

Clean, professional nail treatment. Always beautiful work done courteously. Walk in & by appointment

lovely stafff, great colour options, gel lasts 3 weeks & great pricing. would recommend for gel manicure &! pedicure.

Actually, the worst retention I've ever had for a dip manicure. By day 10, my nails were already lifting And right now it's day 15 and I have to get a new manager because three of the nails have fallen off Normally, I get three weeks out of a dip manicure with minimal lifting Would absolutely not recommend read more

Amazing service. Wanted to take a break from gel nails and decided to get dip powder. She did the shape that I wanted, as well as making sure that the powder was not too thick on my nails. Absolutely in love. read more

I have gotten a gel manicure here twice now and I'm always incredibly impressed by not only their selection but also the service. I've gone to a couple nail salons in the area and I always feel like I'm received very warmly. There are a lot of options in this neighborhood, but I definitely am happy to return to a place that is warm and friendly, does a great job, and there is rarely, if ever, a wait for service. read more

Great place, love it. They very polite and did not mind to check multiple colors on my nails before dec which I want

Horrible service. Made my fingers bleed and cut them extremely uneven, toes smudged after drying 45 mins in the salon. They offered to fix and then I came in and waited over 40 minutes (after I made appointment). Salon workers didn't care. Such a poor establishment and terrible experience. Do not come here. read more

Love this place; very clean and Ellen is always welcoming as you walk in. It's a couple blocks from my job and I go there every two weeks for my dip mani with Rosie. She's meticulous, clean and super attentive to all of my needs. I always get compliments on how pretty and neat my nails look and they also LAST! That's a big bonus for a busy girl like me. I was extremely impressed with the salon and how they take care of their clients! Lately I've been super disappointed with my usual, local nail salon and it felt like I was being rushed out the door every time I went there. But this salon just gave me new hope!! I've never had an experience that was so thorough, professional and enjoyable. I felt sooo incredibly taken care of and loved every minute. It's been so long since I have actually gotten to enjoy the nail salon process. Definitely coming back! read more

Going here today messed my entire birthday up. I stopped in here quickly because it's so close to my apartment and the place i usually go to, right next door, was too busy for a walk in. first thing, i've never been asked to pay up front for services, including tip! that was really fucking insane as the nail tech was trying to direct how much i tipped. i believe because i only gave a 24% tip that the service was absolutely horrid. she didn't even put enough coats of the nail lacquer on to make it opaque. i could literally see me nail on three different fingers. the edges were absolutely atrocious. she left me to dry and didn't even so much as look up from her phone while playing candy crush to say goodbye. such a waste of money and you'd think their rent would be high enough they'd be more attentive and kind to clients. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Jenny is the best there is! I love this place but love her especially. Excellent mani and pedi. And terrific massages.

The staff were very nice, but the manicure was terrible. I got gel, and left with very unevenly shaped nails, bubbles, and uneven polish. It started chipping in 3 days. Huge waste of money :( read more

I just moved to NYC 2 years ago - and I have been searching for a nail salon I can be a regular at. This location is the best place to get my nails at. I stumbled upon it walking around and the hospitality/ customer service have been the best! Leo is my normal nail tech and he has never disappointed me. I use my hands often at work and a lot of times in the past - my nails used to not last but, with Leo- the retention of my nails have been perfect. Definitely recommend him! Also, Ellen is really sweet and welcoming! She helped me out when I first came in- all around 5 Stars over here. read more

I cannot believe the reviews here are so good. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Very distracted, very rushed. My feet were barely touched the whole thing lasted 15 minutes and 10 minutes consisted of the woman looking around getting up. I wasn't even mad because I wanted to leave anyway. Did not feel very clean to me at all. There's no massage chairs to sit in for the pedicures either? I would not go back. read more
