I also want to recognize the team at Nordstrom Local Brentwood, including Danton, Greta, Trey, and Emma, who were also part of helping me through this situation. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely helpful. This is why I have always believed Nordstrom has one of the best service cultures of any company. It is not just about policy -- it is about people. Kathryn and the Nordstrom Local Brentwood team represented Nordstrom beautifully, and I truly hope they are recognized for the extraordinary care they showed.

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this specific store, considering the pants I purchased have become…read morea fairly consistent staple in my wardrobe. To be frank, I am not a workout person. Lululemon has been around for years, and even though I seem to know them solely for their reputation (from what I've read at least), stores are still cropping up and both women and men frequently wear this line at the gym. I went since I was looking for a specific boot-cut style pant (I think these were the Groove Nulu High-Rise Flared Pant) which I already know would need hemming, but they seemed to have the best selection at the time. I also like how they have different lengths for short, regular, and tall. This was a really good experience; I was greeted right away, someone helped me find the pant, then another employee in the fitting area measured the length to be taken in. I know this style can be difficult to alter compared to a straight leg, but they did a great job! Pants were sent back to the store in a reasonable amount of time-there was no charge for this-and I was on my way. My second purchase ever from Lululemon, this was a success thanks to the helpful staff at this Century City location.

After looking for a particular item, I asked Kenya if they had the crossbody cardholder in this store. Unfortunately for me they didn't but Kenya ordered it for me. My order will be mailed to my home. I really like the material of the workout wear. It's not heavy material, it is light and airy. If you are looking for quality workout clothing, this is the place to get it. They have stocked this store with various sizes. I found hydration bottles, wristlets, key rings, purses and gym bags. I wasn't necessarily looking for navy; it could have been cream or black in satin, I just wasn't sure what I would end up with. Saya was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me through trying on different sizes and options, and she had a beautiful navy camisole that I ended up purchasing. She also helped locate a satin skirt in a shorter length at the outlet and arranged for it to be shipped directly to my home. Now I have a beautiful new outfit, and everything was handled with great efficiency and attention to detail. I really appreciated her professionalism, organization, and kindness. Highly recommend working with her.

At Brentwood, Brian and Romero have been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and honest in guiding fit and selections. They actually listen, which makes all the difference--especially when you're trying to get something as specific as the right pant fit. And more recently, Nancy at the Camarillo outlet went out of her way to help coordinate sizing, share photos, and make the process easy and seamless. That level of care--especially across locations--is rare. What stands out most is the consistency: no pressure, no upselling--just smart, attentive service and a genuine desire to help you find what actually works. It makes shopping feel easy! Thank you!

On our recent visit to Santa Monica , my daughter insisted our trip would be incomplete without a trip to this location of Frankie's and happily agreed to the 42 minute walk to the store from our hotel. This location did not disappoint. While small, it's stocked with trendy, on point clothes and accessories that my 11 year old adores. I tend to only buy her clothes here for very special occasions ( e.g. her birthday ) due to the higher price point for kid's clothes but she saved up her allowance and on her own purchased an adorable royal blue tank and bright green shorts. I loved checking out all the special occasion dresses at Frankie's ( and loved they were all out on display unlike at the Chicago store where you need an appointment for viewing most of the dresses). Frankie's is definitely the place to go when I need a special occasion dress. The people working at the store were friendly, helpful and not overly pushy - which I very much appreciated. Great store for tweens and young teens. Highly recommend.
