Stay away, just awful. They don't know what they are doing. Billing is clueless and just ignore you.

After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses.

Customer Service 2. Eye ball pictures 3. Easy to follow explanation I wish I knew the name of the person who did my eye imaging and eye pressure before Dr. Harris because she was a doll! Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. No idea why Shaquille O'neal comes all the way to Yardley for his eye care, but there he was!

I had an appointment with Dr. Friedberg, who is, in my opinion, the worst doctor I've had any exposure to for years. Here were the highlights of my appointment that led me to mark this review with a whoppin' ONE star: 1. I arrived about 5-10 minutes before my appointment, and I waited over 2 hours to just go in. Several people arrived after me and appeared to be admitted before me. That's crap. 2. The equipment did not appear to be clean or sterilized, because the little tissue paper pad that you rest your chin on on a particular eye exam machine was crinkled and covered with other-persons'-skin-oil, as was the forhead rest. GROSS. Everywhere else I've been has made it a point to wipe those machines down with alchohol in front of me. I asked him to clean it, and he sighed, then reluctantly did so. What?? 3. I felt he was crazy rude, didn't answer my questions when I asked them (sometimes several times), and acted like it was a PRIVILEDGE to sit in his chair. You know, not like I and my insurance were PAYING for it or anything. 4. At the end, his nurse scheduled me for several follow-up visits at a very expensive co-pay for each (and after I made them, the scheduling nurse told me that he didn't even WORK THOSE DAYS, and she'd schedule me with "another doctor at another office that took his appointments on those days"). When I called back later that day to cancel (I'd made an appointment with another doctor) his nurse put me on hold, then came back and was VERY aggressive with me, telling me that Dr. Friedberg WOULD NOT be held responsible for what happened to me if I did not come to the appointments on the EXACT days he said. I thanked her and hung up. 5. The cherry on top was, after all that, that other doctor told me that the eyedrops he prescribed for me weren't even the correct drops. My experience w/ Dr. Friedberg was terrible all around. If you value your eyes, your time and your money, go somewhere else. Please.

too long didn't read version; Dr. Lavrich is a total bada$$ who will likely resolve all of your…read morevision problems. My mom is a 59 y/o woman with a history of severe traumatic brain injury, resulting in eye muscle injury and strabismus (eye-crossing) aka a very complex case which most ophthalmologists wouldn't touch. Luckily Dr. Lavrich isn't just any ophthalmologist. Our journey with Dr. Lavrich began when we were referred to her in January 2022. Our first appointment was in April 2022, and after a slew of appointments and tests, eye muscle surgery was in June 2022. We cannot sing Dr. Lavrich's praises enough, as she is a total and complete gem. She is so very thorough and has a great personality. She genuinely CARES about her patients, so much so that she adds patients in and runs herself continuous in the office (this does often result in long wait times to see her, especially when testing is involved - but I promise, she's worth it). After my mom's complex surgery, Dr. Lavrich was concerned about her and asked us to come in less than 24h later so she could see my mom before a long holiday weekend. This appointment was not scheduled in advance and Dr. Lavrich added us in because she cares that much. Additionally, she urged us to call her if we had any challenges or concerns over the holiday weekend, and I have no doubt that if we had needed her, she would've risen to the occasion. Her compassion and expertise is very palpable, and in our case it provided my mom the confidence she needed going into the procedure. Now in October 2022, after two follow up appointments, my mom is starting to have single vision some portion of the time - something that never would've been possible prior to surgery. We are still in the long process of correcting my mom's double vision and improving my mom's eye health, but I have no doubt that Dr. Lavrich will get us to where we need to be. If you have vision challenges resulting from brain injury or really any problems with your eyes at all, look no further, Dr. Lavrich is the one.

Since I was following the text I received at 1:45 PM yesterday, I told them that was when I was coming. The staff who called me insisted that I agreed to a time change when they called me yesterday. I remember the call to confirm but not the time. I checked my phone and the call was at 12:32 PM. Over an hour later, the text I received confirmed 1:45 PM. I have liked the doctors but have really disliked the staff at the Levittown offices. I'm unsure if I want to reschedule with them.

Walking in to their facility after struggling to find parking in the lot in front of their building, I confronted a full house. It was SRO in the waiting room, with many patients wearing eye patches and post surgical goggles. Average age estimated at 70. My 2:00 pm appointment was a memory as I stood against a wall waiting to be called. Around 2:45 I was called to begin the preliminary vision test and dilation. I saw Dr. Gordon at 3:15. The explanation for the crowd and time waste was that there were two doctors seeing patients, most post surgery. How or why this was so was never known. It just put everyone in a bad mood; leaving the receptionist and nursing assistants to bear the brunt of the rising frustration in the house. It wasn't pretty. Still, Dr. Gordon was great once he reached me. He was mellow and friendly for such a busy day, but kudos for the patience and professionalism displayed throughout our interaction. Best of all, he told me what I hoped to hear, and I walked out with a new Rx for lenses that I intend to activate shortly. I can't say I will continue with this practice. I am not happy about the crowds of sick people and long wait without any effort to reschedule people to more convenient times. This new corporate medical factory clinic approach to medicine is not my jam. It seems antithetical to the Hippocratic Oath. 2.5,they were sure to get their copay upfront, Stars.
