I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. After several months it was decided that they would replace it. The stipulations were that I replace the carpeting with Karastan carpeting and that the new carpeting was more money and I needed to pay an additional $1000.00. The new carpeting has the same issue with losing threads. Also, the pattern did not match in a few places when installing. There is an area running down the middle of the room. Woody came to the my house to repair it, but the line is still visible and he said it is the best he could do and would have one of he owners to contact me. He was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the best pad and carpet for my needs. I chose a carpet and pad, then arranged for delivery and installation. There was about a two week wait from ordering my carpet to the carpet being delivered to the store. At that time, I arranged installation. They allowed me to stretch the installation over two non-consecutive days so I could get my furniture and other possessions moved and out of the way. There were two separate installation crews and both were friendly and efficient. It was raining both days and both crews took great pains to not track in any mud while they were in and out of my house. Both crews did an excellent and efficient job on the installation and were on their way much quicker than I imagined they would be. The carpet looks fantastic and feels good under my feet. I definitely would recommend Carpets by Otto on Angola Road in Toledo, Ohio. You can buy carpet elsewhere, but if you buy carpet from a specialist, you're getting a level of expertise you might not get elsewhere.

All the dents seem to be where a piece of furniture was placed. I have pads under all furniture, and have from the beginning. I told them and he asked if I had extra flooring for them to test, and I did. I sent him a pix of the dents. Numerous dents in each place. They mentioned coming over to take a look. Never happened. They sent the pix to the manufacturer, Mannington. That company said that it was abuse on my part....I live alone and have no children. And that was that. I havent had anyone from Prosource or the manufacturer contact me. I am sick over the cost for a flooring from a company that boast their warranties. I'll never go to Prosource or ever recommend a mannington product!
