There a big sign that says " NO LESS THAN 20% TIP"!! You can't tell people how to tip. It's a "gratuity" meaning if I the customer enjoyed my service from the person providing it I have the "option" to tip more or as my budget will allow. IT'S RUDE TO DEMAND MONEY AFTER I PAID FOR THE INCOMPLETE MASSAGE. Why do I say it was incomplete? Well I have had over 100 massages. A complete massage includes the back and front of your body massaged in oil or lotion. Unless it is a type of massage service that requires you to keep your clothes on, like Thai Massage. Today I had my massage, I was laying face down, the massage on my back was amazing. I did not ask for hot stones and it was performed. I don't like hot stones, and these were hott. My back still feels like its burning. I will have to check to see if my skin stays on. The back of my legs got a light massage with oil. I turned over to my back and the therapist did my neck for about 2 mins, a light facial massage and a head massage. Then she did my feet about 5 mins. Next I heard " Finish".....I said what? she said " you finish" Notice I did not mention she massaged my arms or my legs on the front. I got out side and the guy at the desk asked me how was the massage. I explained what happened, he asked her in Chinese and she responded in Chinese. Then he told me she said she did full body massage. I told the guy, she can speak English just fine I don't need a translator. Its not fair that you two wants to discuss what happened in your language. She then proceed to tell me what happened and that she massaged my whole body. I showed her my dry arms no lotion or oil. When I started to walk away after I paid my $55, the front desk guy said in a loud voice " excuse me you not tip her" I said in a louder voice ' NO! LOOK AT MY ARMS AND LEGS! NO OIL, THE JOB WAS NOT FINISHED, DO I LOOK HAPPY? A HAPPY CUSTOMER GIVES A TIP, I AM NOT HAPPY"!!!!!! HE YELLED AT ME IN CHINESE WHILE I WAS WALKING OUT OF THE BUILDING.....no clue what he said tho. My last thoughts get what you pay for, half the price, half the massage, half the service. Totally a recession massage. By the way I did not see any license either. One visit here and you will be assured that not all spas are created equally. Inspirational massage and Facial is unequivocally a massage and facial spa experience that is above the rest. After so many years of inactivity in the gym, my body needed some therapy and assistance due to the lactic acid muscle buildup. Excessive hydrogen ions (in my muscles) were causing my workouts to be less effective and tedious due to the soreness and Ph levels. A good friend suggested a full body, one-hour, deep tissue massage at Inspirational Massage and Facial in Wesley Chapel and it proved to be the best remedy ever. The steps were simple and painless. The staff was very polite, courteous and accommodating. The treatment room was warm, inviting and serene. After I was comfortably dressed on the heated curved massage chair, the light tranquil sounds of piano, strings and flute of the music saturated the room. The ambiance took me to a peaceful place of relaxation; I begin my journey to healing and wholeness all in one. Preference of the massage was optimized by consistent interaction and feedback from the therapist as to the target muscle group expected, intensity of the location and preferences needed. I felt comfortable and in control the entire hour of the session. This massage was highly effective for me because it: 1. Released body toxins (by muscle fiber manipulation) 2. Loosed tight muscles and joints (due to bad work postures) 3. Relaxation (mind and body) I highly recommend this location, as I know that you also will be satisfied with the experience. It was truly worth the time and effort. Michael
