Online order was processed and paid for more then a month ago and the original delivery date was approx. 2 weeks from the order date and due to no stock available the order was delayed and delayed, contacted their "online" chat service and did not get any response for over a week, at the same time, I tried calling their store to speak to someone, they keep saying that the product is on its way but no way to have a confirmed date available. ( I totally understand the current situation regarding the Covid-19, but other online orders were still being delivered within their promised time frame and if they do not have orders in stock they would contact me to let me know and let me have the option to have the order cancelled and refund ). End of April and I called them to please refund my order since there are no way of them to let me know what is happening, called and spoke to customer service on Monday and was promised that the refund will be done within 2 days, a week later still no sign of refund, called again and was told they will look into my file and have "the best person that can help me" will call back within 5 mins., 2 hours later I am writing this review and no sign of any calls from them! You get the idea!!?

I got the unicorn smoothie that had a mix of coconut, strawberries and mango (from memory). Right choice-- one best smoothies. I can't even decide what kind of flavour it had. It just tasted like unicorn and magic in a cup lol. The guy at the counter was patient when I didn't know what to pick, and he told me to choose whey if I'm not lactose intolerant. Price wise, after tips and tax it was a little over $16, which is quite steep for a smoothie. But the size of the cup was close to a venti at Starbucks if that gives you a gauge. This was a special ish summer drink, so maybe that's why it's a bit more expensive. If you choose other drinks from their menu, it'll probably be a bit less expensive. Don't quote me on it though. They also sell a bunch of health supplements, and which grab and go sandwiches and drinks! I want to try their smoothie bowls in the future!

However, due to a Canadian postal strike, the pharmacy switched to a cheaper shipping method without informing me, but still charged me the full $40 CAD. When the package arrived in Brazil, the shipping company hired by the pharmacy, in addition to the customs fees, which I am required to pay, charged me an extra $42.75 CAD, which I did not agree to pay, as it was never previously agreed with me. I refused the package, and it was returned to Canada. Now, the manager Kade and her assistant Kelaiah seem to beare, in an indirect way, making it difficult for the returned package to be received, possibly in retaliation for my not paying the additional fee demanded by the carrier they hired, thus preventing the refund.
