Well informed on the latest nutrition information, and they have all the interesting products you advertised on U.S sites that charge 200 dollars shipping. They'll tell you when something is not what it's claiming, or how the information is worded to mislead, and they explain why. I've cross referenced their information with PubMed, and the Lancet Journal-(though I don't count on science as the bastion of accurate nutrition information, that's another topiic) My arthritis specialist told me their is no way for the body to rebuild collagen or cartilage. According to the staff at Genesis nutrition there is: Medi-C+ and A.S.U I cross referenced their information with Pub-Med and the Lancet Journal- and my specialist was wrong. I don't consider science helpful on nutrition or supplements, it's history in that regard is scary. But I'm sceptical of health food claims also-it's a jungle out there. Genesis Nutrition makes it a lot easier to sort things out. Thank you.

They're made from simple and clean ingredients. The staff is so nice and they also work pretty quickly. I went into this location at 930pm as this is the only Body Energy Club that closes at 1030 on a Friday night. I went in to get the usual and one of the item is the liquid l carnitine. Upon paying for them there were two workers, one asian guy who I think makes smoothies and another guy with darker skin and long hair who I believe does cashier and customer service. I wish I knew his name, he was SO informative and very knowledgeable. I always get the liquid L'Carnitine as it gets into my system fast, he told me I should be taking 2-4 tbsp. I didn't know that and only been taking 2tbsp since summer as it states that on the bottle. He also suggested to take the pills as it lasts longer and told me how much to take. He also shared his experience with pill formed L carnitine when he was prepping for his show last year. We also talked about nutrition and how I dislike salads. He told me I just need to find a good salad dressing and wrote a dressing recipe down for me as he loves salad and how he makes his salad and salad dressing from scratch. I have never experienced such customer service or knowledge until yesterday. I have been to many locations and the staff has always been helpful, but yesterdays experience was something else. BEC, please find out who that guy was and tell him good job!

They have different kind of smoothies from superfood, high protein, low carb, and more flavours too. A bit overpriced though especially consider it's in Burnaby and Vancouver's prices are usually lower or a bit lower than NYC. This is the exact small price as a protein smoothie in Manhattan. It's good and satisfy your craving for something sweet and to fill you up as a healthier option, but it's not worth the money all the time. Maybe once in a blue moon if I'm around the area
