Great place to buy vitamins and supplements! They also carry a bunch of natural skin products and healthy snacks. This is my favourite location as I love the staff here. They're super nice and helpful, and will always offer to order in products if they're sold out of them. I'll definitely be back! read more

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and support, especially considering my history with the company. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for two years, always paying $40 CAD for shipping. However, due to a Canadian postal strike, the pharmacy switched to a cheaper shipping method without informing me, but still charged me the full $40 CAD. When the package arrived in Brazil, the shipping company hired by the pharmacy, in addition to the customs fees, which I am required to pay, charged me an extra $42.75 CAD, which I did not agree to pay, as it was never previously agreed with me. I refused the package, and it was returned to Canada. Now, the manager Kade and her assistant Kelaiah seem to beare, in an indirect way, making it difficult for the returned package to be received, possibly in retaliation for my not paying the additional fee demanded by the carrier they hired, thus preventing the refund. I don't have the merchandise or my money back. and not even a solution, just silence. In my country that's called a lack of scruples. Order Number: 56361 read more

I have never written a review on here before but I have recently felt compelled to so. my wife was very sick with Covid a few weeks ago and has asthma so I was very concerned for her. I went to Pure White Rock to pick up a regular prescription for her and was asked by the staff, two ladies in particular, Halyna and Christine how my wife was as she usually does the pick up. The Pharmasists were genuinely concerned for her and know of her health risks and went completely to work gathering me some supplements to assist with asthma and Covid symptoms, These products really did help and lessened the intensity of the Covid symptom. I am so grateful for the knowledge and genuine care they showed me for my wife! I now feel like I have more people looking out for us! very impressive and very grateful for all the Pharmacy staff at our store! Thank you again Halyna and Christine! David Lee read more

I can't speak for the pharmacy here as I've never used their services, but I've been to this store many times in the past month to use their Canada Post/post office services, and it is fantastic! Every time I've come here, the folks behind the post counter have been incredible. THere's a woman and a young guy who primarily work here; both are super helpful, and both are very friendly and nice. I always seem to have a postal "issue" (lol!): strange shaped packages to be mailed to Montreal (that I don't want to pay $15 for, as the contents cost less than $3), needing some sort of specific dimensions for an Express envelope for some official business at the US Consulate, figuring out what kind of return envelope and postage I'll need for a flash drive mailed from a teacher in Seattle, etc. The lady and the guy who work here always take the time to help me out and they somehow manage to find solutions to my many mailing problems. They are the best! read more

I found a face cream that I love was available online here so I thought I'd give them a try (and added a few vitamins I needed). They charge your card right away, take a week or more to ship. One item was backordered so they held my order (but didn't contact me). I had received a 15% off coupon and I was out of a few vitamins so I thought I would give them another shot. Again my vitamins took over a week to shop. The website says items will ship in 1-4 business days, but when I inquired I was told 4-6 business days. This time only 1/2 my order shipped and the rest was backordered. They called after they'd shipped to ask about substitutions and I cancelled the rest of the order. Not worth it when there are so many great options for Health/Vitamin stores. read more

I've been only once here, but i will never come back here again. Staff was rude, over-priced for everything, i asked for help but staffs were chatting. So i had to wait and got help after finish their conversation. read more

The worst experience I've had in Canada. Unhelpful, rude staff. Couldn't "prepare" the medication that doesn't need to be prepared, mixed messages, no communication. Lying about the times they got prescriptions. Total rip off, as the price they've quoted me was much higher than what I eventually paid. read more

Cute little store this Pharmasave. The staff was friendly, service was good and it was well stocked with pretty much everything I could need. And what I needed was cleaning supplies and a lottery ticket. Love this neighbourhood! read more

I've only been to Pure Pharmacy once. While I hate giving a poor review based on a single visit, it was a bad enough experience that I will never be back again. My vet prescribed an appetite stimulant for my cat. It was a rather obscure medication and Pure was the only nearby pharmacy that was able to provide it (this is where I am giving them an extra star). What the pharmacist did not communicate is the only form they had this medication in was alcohol based liquid (whereas according to the vet that placed the order, they requested the pill form...bit of a he said, she said scenario). Giving any alcohol based medication to a pet, never mind a cat dealing with liver failure, is a bad idea. Even I was pretty sure of that. Foolishly, I still tried to give my cat a little drop of the medication (it was a large syringe per dose, obviously for humans) just in case and of course the cat was immediately violently sick. Regardless of who was at fault of the original mix up in the form of medication requested, a pharmacist should be knowledgeable about the medications they are providing. If they aren't familiar with animal needs, then simply don't offer that service or you'll end up killing someones pet. What really annoyed me is that after having to take my cat to the emergency clinic, I went to return the useless and incorrect meds. The pharmacist was clearly initially reluctant to return my money because the bottle was opened. Not cool. read more

Just came here for a tooth brush and was completely ignored. I had a woman walk away from me while I was asking a question and then when I was ready to check out there was no one at the counter. This place must be paradise for shoplifters since they pay zero attention to anything. read more

DON'T BUY medication that they made themselves in the pure integrative store! I went buy scar cream for fresh scar today Pharmacist recommend scar cream that they made themselves at he store! Cream tube was similar size with polysporine tube with one active ingredient with silicone that cost $24.30 (without tax) I went for return, reason why I wasn't sure how silicone can help generate tissue. And went for exchange to natural oil/ingredient that can help for my condition (I bought vitamine E instead so I can mix with my own natural oil) Funny thing was when I went for exchange, pharmacist squeezed half of the tube in front of me and nothing came out! (I don't know how much cream is actually inside of the tube and I'm sure not even a half lols) So tube was same size with polysporine, and there wasn't even a half a cream inside of the tube and costs that much?????? They sell what's make the most money(benefit) for them and it's upsetting cause it's not beauty store it's pharmacy store that should really care about ppls read more

My vet sent me to Pure to get an oral suspension medication for my pet. I had to do this because my pet is super-sneaky about taking pills -- just when you think she's been a good girl, you find a half-eaten pill on the floor somewhere! As you know, a skipped or inadequate dose can lead to a worse infection. So why am I giving Pure 5 stars? Because when I asked if they could create the dose as a rush job, they did! Within an hour, I got a call saying the RX was ready, so I was able to start my pet's treatment right away. Thank you, Pure pharmacist for being so kind and understanding. Oh, and they asked which flavour to make the dose, so my pet would enjoy it more (or not freak out as much haha). Pro-tip: If your pet hates taking pills or spits them out later, ask your vet to prescribe a liquid dose. So much easier and reliable to administer the correct dose each time. read more

Every time I go to Pure Pharmacy I get the best service with the most knowledgeable service and staff. The health products at top quality and as a result, I no longer will shop at any other health food store. I highly recommend anyone looking for top quality in all areas to go to Pure Pharmacy. read more

WHITE ROCK location is not welcoming. The so called manager there was incredibly rude to me about a return I had. I was made to feel like an idiot to think that they would possibly take back an open bottle of vitamins. The representative for the vitamin manufacturer had told me they would take it back if I was not satisfied when he was there doing a demo. I emailed the manufacturer after this encounter at the WR location and they indeed apologized and said that this should not have happened as they stand behind their products. I went in another time (foolishly) and the rep happened to be there again. I told him what had happened and he educated "the manager" on the return policy. I then had to return one more time to actually return the product for my refund. The "manager" saw me and authorized the return but did not even come over to apologize for the inconvenience this had caused. Her name starts with an M and she could use some training I think. read more

This is the second time that I've gone to pick up my prescription at 10 (when they supposedly open) and there has been no one there. Having to wait 5 minutes isn't a big deal but this has happened multiple times. They've also been quite rude. As professionals, they can't run in 5 minutes after they're supposed to open and mumble an apology. read more

Staff are rude and have no customer service skills, specifically the big brown woman with glasses. They need more people working at the pharmacy. I was told to wait as apparently the older white guy standing behind me was before me when clearly I was there first. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes. No one else offered any assistance. What a joke! I ended up leaving. I'll take my business to Vitasave up the street. They actually care about their customers. read more

Sorry but why bother posting your hours when you close 15 minutes prior to the end of the day. If you are open until 7 then stay open.

* Friendly staff * Products (skincare & make-up) are a few dollars more than LD or Shoppers, so walk a few minutes northwest and go to the LD on Granville & Georgia if you have the time...but sometimes (more often than not) convenience prevails! * They do have a sale table by the entrance with things you typically don't need to buy (think random bracelets, key chains, home products and the like)...but sometimes you will find make-up products, however remember to check the date because many are expired! read more

They say "closes 4pm" but no joke, at 3:54 they had turned the music AND LIGHTS off. The pharmacist's till was already closed down and they locked the doors to make sure no one would come in past 3:55. Just seems a little cheap, and unwelcoming. read more

I LOVE Pure pharmacy!!! I buy all of my skincare here and love that they carry so many natural products! Today I went in to mail off my wedding invitations (yes they have a post office... Bonus!!!) and decided to take a look around. The lady in the pharmacy section immediately asked me if I was looking for anything. I said I was curious about the rose hip cleanse. She lit up and brought me over to the product. She asked if I had a few moments so she could explain the cleanse to me. She had an amazing array of information about nutrition and health. I learnt a lot from her and ended up purchasing the cleanse. Fantastic customer service and knowledge. I'm so in love with this store! read more

This review is for their online store. I received tremendous assistance from Jessie in particular, who responded to my online queries swiftly and went the extra mile to ensure part of my order was delivered as efficiently as possible. There was a snafu with Canada Post, but Jessie stepped in to resolve the issue without any further effort expected from me. So few retailers do this. read more

i've only been in there once, but i'll never go back- i found one of the naturopaths to be so rude and unfriendly- cold as ice and unhappy at her job was my feeling- it was very awkward and i couldn't wait to get out of there- secondly, as soon as i left, i took some of the tincture i had bought that the naturopath had recommended to me- "this is very popular" she said- i had to head down to delta to pick up something so had a big drive ahead of me- a couple of hours later i was having excruciating abdominal pain- and i felt so sick to my stomach- i looked at the bottle and noticed that it had expired nearly a year earlier! i called PURE to tell them- the pharmacist was shocked and went over to the shelf to see the dates on the rest of the inventory for that product- sure enough the entire stock had expired a year earlier- she was very apologetic but i was floored that they would keep product that old which caused a customer to get very sick plus why the naturopath would tell me this product was "very popular" when it seemed nobody had been buying it.... - i will never trust them again- read more
