These guys do really great work! I have them come twice a year to do my windows, and once a year to do my Christmas lights. My house always feels like it's brand new again after they've been there. They are also super friendly. They let me know when they're on their way, and when they have finished their work. They provide guidelines for how to get ready for their visit, and never show up unannounced. There is no reason to shop atrium. Reflections exceeds my expectations every time. read more

I really like the people at Reflections Window Cleaning. They do a good job, but I've used them three times and they always forget something. They are happy to come back and finish the job, but this last time they came back the next day and finished which is fine, but forgot the front door windows inside and out and didn't do the long window next to the door. I didn't want to bother them again, so I did it myself. That's the only reason for the four stars, otherwise it would be five. read more

We were looking for a local company to clean the windows on our moderate-sized home with 27 panes and then 3 sliding door sets. I was able to text message details, photos, and questions directly to the owner and he was extremely prompt answering my questions and providing a quote with three different levels of cleaning (from outside window cleaning, only, to cleaning the outside, inside, screens, and tracks). We discussed options for appointments. Our appointment was for 9:15 this morning. Two very courteous young men arrived promptly and (it will surprise no one, given this company has a 5-star rating across multiple sites) did a fantastic job. There were a number of things I noted that made this an an excellent experience, generally, and a few things that made this an exceptional experience - given the COVID-19 pandemic. First, the young men were, as I noted, very courteous and friendly. They were on multiple levels of the home, working both inside and outside. They asked questions when necessary but, for the most part, worked unnoticed - which was very helpful because I had multiple home-office calls and video conferencing scheduled. The men had protective gear such as face masks and sealed gloves, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything met my expectations before gathering their equipment and departing. The length of the cleaning was a few hours, in total, for the full cleaning option (inside, outside, screens, tracks). In summary: excellent customer service, multiple options for pricing, prompt arrival, attention to detail while also moving along at a steady rate, appropriate efforts for safe cleaning while doing inside work, and well-spoken and friendly on-site staff. ***Also, because the company uses their "pure water cleaning" system, there is no smell (appreciative of this because we are all home right now) - and the windows are clean, which was no small feat, given we had mineral deposit water spots and field dirt. read more

This company is professional on every level. Their service is like no one else. Their process for window cleaning isn't just a scrubbing down and walk away. They are methodical and caring about the whole process. Set up, washing, rinsing, and making sure you are happy when all is said and done.
