I read a lot of recommendations for painters, and Flannery Painting stood out from the others with the many rave reviews. My experience with the Flannery Painting team turned out to be as wonderful, and I'm here to add my rave for them. John came to measure the day after I called him, and the estimate came soon after. It was so reasonable, that I immediately contacted him to come and do the work. The team was there within the week, and I was so impressed by the crew. They were always on time, worked very hard, did top quality work, were friendly, and very respectful. They worked independently and didn't interrupt my work from home, although I can't say that I did the same for them! I really enjoyed and came to respect all four members with whom I worked. The final product was and remains totally awesome. I would and do recommend this team to anyone. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I have no regrets! I cannot express how incredibly happy I am with the work of Flannery Painting. My basement was a mess - the original owners finished it themselves and cut many corners, including roll-on plaster texture for the ceilings instead of traditional popcorn. In addition, there were many, many ceiling patches that were not ever sanded/blended, half installed surround sound wires hanging down and two water-stain issues from upstairs showers. The team retextured the ceiling and it looks like new construction - everything blended beautifully and the water stains have disappeared. We tore out two doors, casing and trim and the team fixed and painted the new the sheetrock. The patched and painted all the walls - they are smooth like butter! Humberto and Marcos were amazing, punctual, polite, neat and considerate. They kept me posted during all phases of the project and completed work in 3.5 days, cleaning up as they moved along. Flannery Painting team does a fantastic job painting. They're good at what they do, timely, and careful as they do painting, clean up completely, plus they are reasonably priced. I've had them at my place couple different times in recent years, one big job, vaulted bubble ceiling and walls painted (they spray painted ceiling). Rooms included were living, dining, kitchen (ceiling & walls), hallway ceiling and walls, and walls and fancy bifold doors in bathroom, and bedroom walls.
