Unfortunately, my system still needed someone to fix it. He made an appointment for the following day and was prompt in arrival time. He uses an app that provide you an estimated time of arrival as well as his location on a map. It allowed me to plan for his arrival (this is something FedEx uses). He is well spoken and clean cut. His knowledge is the best I've had. He's very well-versed with Pentair systems.
