Sharing my lessons learnt....don't tie any dog to a metal chair at any cafe even if its a small dog. My incident happened when i was babysitting a friend's dog, and walking together with own my dog. Taking a short break, tied it to a starbuck's chair outside and before i know it, pulls against the chair, gets startled from the noise when the chair moved, and takes off pulling the chair behind it. Mark is an excellent and honest professional. I couldn't have been more lucky to find him. I brought my car in today because it had a few scratches and my idea was essentially to get an estimate to get them fixed. Mark took note of the car model and then looked at the scratches. He went back to his shop and brought a rag. It must have had some special solution on it because I tried to get the scratches out before but the paint seemed damaged. He wiped the scratches with the rag and they completely disappeared. He advised me what to do with the other scratches which were minor as well. I had my truck painted at Reflection in December 2012. I am just now getting to this review as I have been doing some finishing touches on my Ford F150 that I bought new in February '97 and wanted to bring back to life. Mark at Reflection was great to work with. I had removed most of the trim from my truck and he (along with Luis) did a fantastic paint job for a reasonable sum. They do quality work and work with you! I had at first wanted to delay the paint job because I had an upholstery job scheduled during the same time window. Mark said that wasn't a problem and that he would remove the front seats himself and deliver them to the local upholsterer (that he knew) while my truck was in the paint shop (at no extra cost as I had already gotten my quote)!
