Milton took the time to educate me on something I had no idea about -- the "tint" on the back windows of my brand new GMC Yukon from the dealership isn't actually tint at all... it's just colored glass. That's why we couldn't simply match the driver's window -- we had to redo all of the windows properly to get a consistent, high-quality finish. I genuinely appreciated him explaining that instead of just doing a quick match and sending me on my way. I dropped my car off at 3 PM and it was completely finished by 6 PM. The turnaround time was amazing. And the quality? Top tier. She proceeded to review all of my tinting options and showed me some samples against my car outside to help decide on the tinting level. I decided to go lighter then darker, so I did 30% all the way around except windshield. Before they started, I asked about the tint installation and warranty, she explained about the Llumar lifetime warranty. When I returned to pick up my car, Genesis showed me a quick video she had made as they were starting my tinting installation to answer a previous question I had asked. I appreciated the extra care she took to make this quick video just for me, most other shops would not have bothered, that's a great level of customer service that you don't see much anymore.
