We were given the estimate for cleaning our windows and as he was explaining other jobs that his company has taken on, we decided to go with him to clean our dryer vent and out gutters. I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel Barkley who had a bad accident in my bedroom. My carpeting is very light colored. I tried cleaning myself but probably made it worse. Jack came to my home initially to examine and give me an estimate. I also wanted just the couch cushions and arms of my family room sofa cleaned. Lastly I had a spot in my loft from Barkley. Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. They went the extra mile to be sure that they dried it several times. By the time I went to bed that night, it was almost completely dry :) Mary responded very quickly to any email I sent. I had asked the night before the cleaning if for sure could be here by 11 a.m. as I had a 12 noon appt to get my dog to. Doug was every earlier than 11 a.m. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Gratefully, Missy Santasiero

Wow. Can't say enough about Jake and his window cleaning business. Great value for what I got and…read morereceived as Jake was competitively priced with the other window cleaning businesses (slightly better). I'm so pleased with the results. I had a very close neighbor do an addition that took nearly a year, and there were lots of caked on clay on my windows and screens. Jake went over and above to not only clean the windows, but carefully hand scrape without damaging the glass. He took the time to make it right, and boy it is right...I can see out of my windows and screens again! He also did my skylights, which was an added bonus. The attention to detail on the outside, and his explanation of what he uses around the trim of the window to extend the longevity of the cleaning is more than I knew, but now appreciate more as I have spider webs, and of course, the normal Colorado dust. I chose to have him do the insides of my windows, again, great treat for me, and well worth it...even the ledge on the inside was cleaned, and on top (window), which I wouldn't think to do, but he noted as that's where we put our fingers to open and close. Lastly, he is a genuinely kind, personable and warm businessman. Look no further, this is your window cleaner.
