My husband and I were extremely satisfied when we used BR Flooring in September, 2015 to do our…read morehardwood floors, so when we had a crisis situation in August of this year after a kitchen sink leak, we contacted BR Flooring again to see if they could get the job done! Now, our insurance company had hired a company to repair our hardwood kitchen floors, but after ripping the floor apart, and having us wait for weeks without any progress being made in repairing the floor and other repairs that were needed to be made as a result of the water damage, we contacted our insurance company, and asked if we could get our own contractors. After getting their approval, we contacted Marco of BR Flooring, and the rest is history! Our hardwood floors look superb! The contractors the insurance company had hired had made a true mess in our kitchen, and said they wanted to replace the entire hardwood floor throughout our first level; however, Marco and his team repaired the damaged area, sanded the floors, stained the floors, applied three coats of polyurethane, and finished the floor with a sealant! The floor looks better than it has ever looked before! We can't give Marco and his team enough credit for the superb job they did! We highly recommend BR Flooring--they are GREAT! Another thing, we had searched and searched for an individual/a company to replace our kitchen cabinet that was damaged as a result of the water damage, but we kept running into a brick wall. We spoke with at least five to six people who we thought could help, but time after time we ended up in the same situation. We only needed one cabinet, but individuals wanted to replace all of our kitchen cabinets. One company even suggested that we remodel the entire kitchen, even though the entire kitchen didn't need remodeling. Again, Marco and his team helped us! Marco and his team were able to get our custom-made cabinet, install it, install our granite countertop, and get everything in our kitchen back to its normal state. I don't know what we would have done if Marco and his team had not helped us. Everything looks great! We highly recommend BR Flooring/Marco and his team, because they really came through for us!

The floors are cherry and were originally installed 21 years ago. They wore beautifully, despite an active family with 3 kids and 2 golden retrievers, for 19 years. When Jason saw the flooring for his estimate, he said there was no problem in refinishing them. When he completed his work, the floors looked beautiful but, within days, the finish started wearing off. I called his office right away and was told that this was normal wear and tear. After several more emails, he agreed to look at pictures. He stated that the problem was the dogs... The same dogs that I have had for many years. Obviously, dogs can cause somewhere to flooring... but in this circumstance, the finished was literally scraping off with minimal distress. Jason finally came out to the house after many calls to his office. This occurred about 6 months after he finished the project. He blamed the problem on the dogs and the cherry floors. He refuses to admit any responsibility in terms of the finish literally wearing off. When people come into my house, they frequently exclaim "what happened to your floors, they look horrible!". The floors look much, much worse now, 2 years after Jason Brown refinished them, then they did prior to him working on them. I'm very disappointed by the quality of the job and the lack of customer service.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. I was told to ask for Mike. Mike deferred to Jesse…read more Jesse met with me at the showroom; I picked out flooring. I asked about underlayment and moisture barrier and Mike said they could lay tar paper. Jesse came to home he did measurements, we walked the floor, and I stated the direction(s) I would like the floor laid. Jesse subsequently sent me an estimate to sign and return so work could start. I needed more time for the money and a few months later we reconnected with modifications to the original estimate eliminating the moldings. All was fine so far. He then seemed concerned and wanted his installer to come out. The installer came out, Jesse was late, and the installer stated that plywood would need to be laid over my current hardwood floors before he would install and that the floor could not be installed in the direction(s) I previously outlined. Jesse finally arrived and I heard him, and the installer talk outside then they came inside, once again the installer doubled down. I clearly stated that I thought upselling was being done on the 11th hour. Jesse said "we don't have any of your money". He then said he did not hear anything about the tar paper. He was leaving and said he would discuss with Mike and get back with me. After a few days, I sent Jesse a text, no answer - the same for the next 5 days. It appears I have been ghosted by this company that obviously made a mistake and is not interested in working it out or my business. BEWARE OF BEING GHOSTED AND UPSELLING.
