She genuinely wants you to be happy with your hair and your experience. She has worked past her usual hours so I could come after work with my job schedule which was above and beyond. Belair's just moved to Springboro and it's a lovely place. Everything is always clean, comfortable and prepared with the customer in mind. I've also had my hair done by Candace and Jaiden when I had to reschedule due to last-minute conflicts. They were both excellent as well. And the icing on the cake is their very reasonable prices! I highly recommend Belair's and have friends coming now as well. :)

The pics are not in order so please see the titles at the bottom of each pic indicating before, after... And of course, there's one of Meredith.. I'd been a loyal client at Jungle Red for years. That ended the day Meredith--a so-called "Top Tier Stylist"--butchered my hair beyond repair. After 1.5 years of growing it out, I asked for a light trim. Instead, she razored through my hair from every angle. I couldn't see the back until it was too late. My hair was left shredded, uneven, and destroyed. Even Meredith looked shocked by how much she'd cut off. When I returned, her only response was, "Aww, I'm sorry you don't like your cut." That's not an apology--that's condescension. The owner, Lisa Travis, refunded the cut but refused to take any real responsibility. I asked if they'd help cover the cost of corrective work--she smugly declined, claiming extensions "weren't possible." She was wrong. Other stylists proved it could be done and temporarily fixed what Jungle Red ruined. Their "top-tier" ranking system is a joke. Meredith lacks skill and judgment, and Lisa Travis clearly doesn't value her clients enough to make things right. It's been 10 MONTHS, and my hair still hasn't recovered. I'm posting photos so you can see the damage for yourself. Do not trust this salon. They do not stand behind their work.

Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!
