And now reading the reviews, we aren't the only ones that he has done this to. We paid a lot of money to hire him to do our gate. We had a custom gate made and hired Beau to install a gate opener. We have had it for 5 months. It has worked ONE out of the five months. Our gate is propped open by 2x4s. We have called, texted, pleaded and begged Beau to stand by his word. He has personal family issues going on and we have been SUPER empathetic, forgiving & understanding. But at some point the safety of my family needs to mean something when you were paid to do a job. But not to Beau. He couldn't give a crap. He no longer will return a phone call or text. My husband has even tried calling and texting as well... nothing. Complete waste of money. Horrible customer service. Horrible workmanship. He installed the initial backwards and crooked. Now we are having to pay someone else to come and fix it. They are good on their quality but to support you after the gate or fence is up is very poor and have to go to someone else to get this fixed.
