We had a pedestal sink and I've also put up with that for ten years. He would have had to take it apart to fix the clog and it cost about the same price to just get a new vanity. So we did that and Sean came back the next day and's fixed our clog, which was pretty extensive. Yikes. Recommended better products to use for drains and catch hair etc... he was very professional and nice, and patient. Very reasonable prices in my opinion. He also is a cat lover like we are. We would definitely use him again!

We hired Orest at OrCo Construction to clean up a bunch of projects the previous owners left behind…read more-- exposed wiring, an old alarm system, speaker wires everywhere, a doggy door removal, and exterior repairs. From start to finish they were fantastic. Orest came out for a free estimate, gave us a clear plan and a fair, firm price, and stuck to it. The work was fast but incredibly high quality -- they matched our wall texture and blended the paint so well you genuinely can't tell where the openings used to be, and the siding repairs look seamless. They even went above and beyond, tackling an extra spot we hadn't asked about. Great communication throughout, and genuinely friendly, kind people who take pride in their work. We could not be happier with how everything turned out, and we'll absolutely be hiring OrCo again for our next round of home projects! Highly recommend!

I called Sutherland to get an estimate for replacing my water heater after my neighbor's unit…read morestarted leaking. Since all of our homes were built around the same time, I assumed my water heater was also 17 years old and might need replacement soon. After I sent photos of my water heater and the model details, Ti took the time to look up the serial/model number on the Bradford White website and discovered that my unit was actually only 11 years old, not 17 as I had thought. He texted me back and asked for clearer photos to confirm the manufacturing date. I called him right away, and even though I currently have no issues with my water heater, he generously spent time explaining everything in detail. He told me that Bradford White is a very reliable water heater and that this model generally does not require routine tank draining for maintenance. He also gave me valuable advice for the future, recommending that when I eventually replace the unit, I should install it on a metal drain pan with moisture detection for leak protection. I was genuinely impressed by his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help without trying to sell me something I don't need right now. He could have easily pushed for a replacement, but instead he gave me thoughtful, professional advice and saved me unnecessary expense. I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me over the phone, and I would absolutely recommend Sutherland to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable professional.

Our house is 80+ years old, and we'd been putting off plumbing repairs out of pure fear of the…read morebill. Eventually, there was no more putting it off. First up: our ancient shower, leaking from the faucet and refusing to turn off. We pathetically "fixed it" ourselves more times than I can count. Never lasted and hurt our water bill! Doug came out, explained the (complicated) fix, gave us an estimate, and delivered exactly that, on time. Now we have a truly beautiful, modern shower where a disaster used to be. We were sold. Next, Doug fixed our barely functioning laundry sink faucet and just yesterday he resurrected our backyard faucet (after three years of it being decommissioned and useless.) So, after 3 projects, we can state categorically, Doug Nash is the real deal: professional, neat, friendly, confident, fair. He's the absolute BEST...we highly recommend.
