It looked like it may be a VERY expensive issue in the pipe between the house and the street. Ti Sutherland found a time to come by, since this was kind of an emergency since we couldn't shower, and he found the problem in just a couple of minutes. Turned out it was only the HOT water that was being stopped, and it was a janky flood prevention device that had been installed with the water heater. The batteries died and it shut off the flow. Replaced the batteries, and boom! We're all fixed. Ti actually got a big kick out of the whole process. Solving problems is his bag. Highly recommend.
