I contacted Henco regarding a relatively minor issue with low water pressure in my kitchen sink. A…read moretechnician came to inspect the problem and found a small amount of debris in the valve under the sink. He was a pleasant and polite young man; however, he did not have the proper tool because, as he explained, the head of his tool was broken. I provided a small set of narrow screwdrivers so he could do the work. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told there would be a flat service fee for the visit, which would then be credited toward any work performed. Unfortunately, removing the small amount of debris did not resolve the low-pressure problem. Despite this, I was charged approximately three times the amount of the quoted flat service fee. Two days later, when I was able to contact Henco to report that the problem had not been resolved, I was told that a manager would contact me. A few days later, the manager called. I explained the situation and my concerns about the outrageous cost for a problem that was not fixed and that the problem remained unresolved. Unfortunately, she did not provide a clear explanation for the additional charge and did not take responsibility for the situation. My experience was disappointing, particularly because the original issue was not resolved and the final charge was significantly higher than what I understood the service fee to be. I recommend asking very specific questions about the total cost and what charges may apply before agreeing to service. I would also encourage others to read reviews carefully and make sure they fully understand the pricing before proceeding. I am sorry to say that I will not use their services in the future.
