In Fall of 2017, I contacted and employed Reed Construction Company to renovate my childhood home. During this time, I thought the CEO of the company Mr. Cleveland Reed would be the project manager of the renovation plan to make sure all products and services would be install and completed under his supervision. Due to the pandemic, work was slow but I was patient and believe most of the work would be completed before I moved into this location. On October 22, 2020, I moved into the house and notice some things were not working or completed. I notified Mr. Reed about the problems I found in my house but he felt I was complaining too much. On April 26, 2021, this company stopped working at my house and I never was notified by letter of termination of service. Also, I have tried to contact Mr. Reed and my phone has been blocked. Mr. Reed will not acknowledge any of my emails or texts in regards to this situation. I trusted this company to perform professional service to me and I feel betrayed.
Regards,
Taunya Martin
