I cannot give this company enough thanks because they do what they say that they are going to do, and I honestly got more than what we had talked about or expected to see. It all started with a phone call back in April 2020 when I called a Marine buddy that I'd met in Recruiter school back in 1999, just to catch up and shoot the breeze. He told me about REE Medical and what they were about but that they were a little pricey. I reached out to the company and found out what the cost was gonna be, but I didn't have the money at that time. Patrick, my case manager, called me and kept in touch over the next few months. In July, I just so happened to have had the money to invest. I didn't say "money to spend" but to INVEST, in myself, because that is just what it is! I got the ball rolling and over the course of a few months, keeping me informed step by step, things started to progress for me. I did get concerned because I'm in MD and they are in CA but they found doctors for me to go see for evaluation in my local area. Look, long story short is that now the lives of my family and myself are going to be changed forever for the good because we needed this blessing. After it was all said and done, I went from submitting my claim on Oct. 29, 2020 while already at 50% (and HOPING to maybe 90% combined) to getting a notice of approval on November 6, 2020 jumping to 100% Permanent and Total. THIS WAS AN EIGHT DAY TURNAROUND, Y'ALL....IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! Talk about professionalism, precision, and knowledge. I am forever grateful and indebted to REE Medical and their staff. Today is Nov. 8, 2020 and I am so excited to receive my Dec 2020 compensation. Started with a company they recently acquired. I was already waiting on a decision. I started getting hard sells to switch to a flat fee instead of a percentage plan. As I thought I had a good relationship with my agent I agreed. Obvious now they knew I wasn't going to get an increase so they wanted to get what they could before the decision came down. read more

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They do copy and paste work, get your hopes up of gaining blind trust on disability increase. Once they finish with your claims that YOU mostly fill out, they will send you to a third party doctor. The VA will still have you check with their doctors as well so seeing a third party doctor they send you to will do absolutely nothing but waste your time. Then you'll get the paperwork back just to find out it's not the outcome you expected and they'll refer you to one of their legal teams to shell even more money out for. Absolute waste of time. REE Medical is a total waste of time and money. They set me up with their doctor and promised that this would eliminate the need to see a VA assigned doctor, this was not true. Claim was denied. I then went to my doctor and got a referral for a specialist; I then resubmitted this paperwork and got approved. I should not have wasted time read more

Very dissatisfied with this so called company. At the beginning of this journey everything was going great, I completed my medical exam. Then I waited and waited AND waited. Once a month I received an email from Veteran Experience Specialist. If I sent an email with a question I did not get a response. I filed a complaint and. They called me wanting to resolve the issue. I texted the caller letting him know when a good time to call me, no call back. I called the person and left a message informing him that I was available to speak with him. I have yet to here from him. On August 6, 2024 I received an email asking me to contact her. I called left a message, no call back. Called and left another message to call me, NO CALL BACK. I would like to know what I did to cause them to ignore me. Is this how they treat all veterans. read more

I made my initial payment and was assigned a Client Experience Navigator named Holly Hauser (I am sure that a REE rep will claim they don't have anyone working there by that name as I have read their responses to other's dissatisfaction). The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is disgraceful, especially towards disabled veterans. When I call the company to talk to someone it's always the run around. I am told over the phone from customer service that someone will be in touch with me in two days and I never hear from them. When I reach out to Holly I rarely hear back from her. The bottom line is that if I ever get to speak to someone, I will be canceling my services and requesting a refund as was promised they would do during my initial consultation. REE medical convinced me to file for 100% PTSD and after 3 appeals and me paying $3,000 I was dropped by them. They convinced me to use their doctors instead of VA doctors, compelled me not to follow VA instructions, then left me high and dry. There are much better options from companies that won't collect your money until/if you win your settlement. read more

I was extremely happy to receive the disability rating that I deserve. After years of trying to accomplish this on my own I realized I needed outside help which ended up being REE Medical. One of my great friends and fellow marine told me about this company I was eager to work with them. What could improve is fixing my Nexus like I asked when I received it. If I could give a -star I would. This company is a rip off. I was told to send them all of the evidence regarding my claims to review for my Nexus letter. I did that, I was told and I have the emails to prove it that they could not go over all of the records that I sent. So please send what pertains to my claims. ALL of it pertains to my claims. I sent specific evidence regarding a pelvic issue, when it started and the records from a VA doctor saying that it was back related. But instead of reading the evidence that was sent the lazy doctor decided to use something that showed up on a recent MRI and stated in the letter that the pelvic issue was from a fibroid. Ignoring years of evidence of pelvic pain before I even developed a fibroid. Ignoring more than one gyn report stating that the pelvic pain was not due to anything gynecology related. I called several times and complained about this being put in the Nexus. I was told by Keisha and another rep that never answered her phone or emails that the only thing they could do was have it removed. I asked for the pelvic pain to be removed from my Nexus. They sent me a copy of the same Nexus with some excuse about the doctor and why it could not be removed. Now I'm stuck with an expensive piece of paper that I can't even use for my other claims because his lazy pelvic opinion is on it. I have 3 other conditions that this Nexus could have greatly helped with my case and I can't even turn it in. What a waste of money! Instead of helping your company created a bigger problem! Save your money and use the VSO. Maybe all of us that have been ripped off need to file a class action against this company. read more

I contacted Reemedical in early May and speaking with a lady name Donna I was convinced that I would probably be able to get my Va disability increased from 90 percent to 100. I thought about it for a few day and called he back around the 13 of May at which time I signed up for the contract 4 month payment plan $835 Down a service charge of $250 and three monthly payments of $770 for total $3145 to possibly raise my benefits to 100%.I received a package was working wit a representative that failed to contact me for several days. I therefore decided to cancel my contract and request a refund. I have spoken with several representatives for the past two with out any assistance. They have always referred me to another representative for which no one has help. read more

I was referred to REE by my friend. I contacted them in April 2022, I believe. I filed my claim in due time and began to wait. Well long story short, my 90% was increased to 100% and I received my backpay on Veterans Day this year. To be fair, I was evaluated in 2015 at 90% and have been re-evaluated twice in the last 6 years (my latest review being decided in 2019). These issues have legitimately gotten worse. I am fortunate I checked Yelp and searched online before moving any further on utilizing this company for my Nexus letter. I paid for the action plan and sent in my records and evidence for review. I was taken aback by the action plan they sent me. The plan was missing pertinent information that I had already sent in and it was not detailed enough. It dawned on me that if I were to move forward and end up receiving a Nexus letter with errors or missing info, from a physician that has not met me in person, it would be a costly risk that might not help me at all. New update on my claim I paid them 2800 for a claim the DBQ that they summit for me was never signed by the doctor they sent me to. I've been waiting for over a month to get a call back all I received is a email tell me to us a lawyer off to summit a claim. So you might as well skip the middleman and not use this company. I field back in December of 23 or January of 24. I received a letter from the VA said my case is still pending? I got in on a pilot program in November of 23 so that may be the reson i haven't heard anything. There is another called True Vet Solutions they are like Ree they work to get every vet ratings increased. You don't pay unless you win, may be something else to look into. I was recommended by a close friend back in Sept 2022 to use this company, since I am a Gulf War Veteran at 90% disabled, I decided to give them my business. Fast forward, 9 months later with 2 weeks left until my Intent To File expires, I've had multiple employees, Genevieve, Jaime and now Liz tell me that they have never missed a deadline for I2F AND since I'm within 90 days that my case that "we will automatically expedite your file when you hit 90 days before your intent to file". Now today, May 15, 2023 I've got two weeks left and since I learned years ago, "Trust but Verify" it took ME to reach-out to REE. Their response, (typical right from the podium binder) Your case is in final review and our team of experts go back and forth and this could take 8-10 weeks and today's email tells me another 3-5 weeks. I've got 10 working days left, I doubt anybody's working this MemorialDay. UNSAT! read more
