He came out to repair the system on a few occasions with tenacity and professionalism. Nick found the solutions. I was almost ready to go to another local security company until Nick resolved our security system. He turned it around and saved me as a continued loyal happy customer. Definitely a five-star experience. Congratulations Safe Touch!

This company provided poor service during the first year. It took them a long time to get the…read morephantom alarms to stop and they often blamed this homeowner for something that was in their system. Additionally, it is a local company and non-transferable if you move out of their territory. They charge you no matter what! You can't get out of the contract despite the fact you live out of their service range, so you have to pay for years despite the fact that the people who move into the house are also paying them for the service. They promise to communicate regarding the situation, but never do. Double dipping keeps them well-paid. This is a shoddy business model. Their poor service along with monthly charges despite the fact they don't serve the area you move to makes them a very sketchy company. Go with a nationally known company.

Luckily for me, there was a man at the front desk who was able to square things away for me. I was able to return my modem to Comcast no problem. I wish I had gotten the man's name. He was quite nice and friendly. He made me feel at ease. Oh well. At any rate, something I expected to take an hour (as I did this same thing ages ago in South Florida) took top five minutes here. Perhaps there are pros to living in North Florida, after all.

After bringing the equipment to the new place the internet didn't work. Made a service appointment and was able to get one for the next day. Turns out the issue was on the place's side and not with the equipment. The tech had it up in no time and there was no fee for the service. Down speed was faster than advertised and up speed came very close to the top speed offered. Zero issues thus far. No complaints with any of the service agents and the tech, Zaur, was outstanding.

The worst part is that I want to cancel my services because I am completely dissatisfied and am now moving OUT OF THE COUNTRY and I can't even do that because it literally costs thousands of dollars to do so - on top of the thousands of dollars I have already paid into this useless system. To the tune of 30.00 plus dollars per bulb. We did, now they say they do use them anymore. Why???? They would not give me an answer. We also had a camera stop working. I asked if it was a connection issue or hardware itself? Again, wouldn't do diagnostics on the situation but just said I had to replace it. At my expense. The guy left and just left the camera dangling from my gutter. The first time we called for service a while back they said it would cost to have them come out. Later I found out we pay for a service contract for that very reason. When I called back and said we had a service contract and needed service they came without issue. So what happened that first time??? Anyway, I think their customer service for us has not been good. They supply equipment and made us get bulbs but don't stand behind their products.
