He clearly knows his craft inside and out, and he took the time to walk me through all my options - including the pros and cons of prefab vs. slabs. I ended up going with slabs based on his insight, and I'm really glad I did. He was also flexible and easy to work with. I needed help with material pickup, and he was willing to handle that (for a reasonable fee), which took a huge weight off my shoulders. My flooring isn't perfectly even, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was reinforced, level, and solid so the finished product would hold up over time. What really stood out to me was that Sal didn't disappear after he got paid. He checked in and made sure I was truly happy with the final result. Eric, who works at the store, digitally designed my cabinet layout based on the measurements I provided. He was incredibly fast and fluent with the design software, and within just a few minutes I was able to clearly visualize how my master bathroom would look. Eric was also very patient and took the time to show me all the different cabinet color options so I could find the one I liked best. Mr. Wang from the delivery department was also wonderful. He arrived on time and helped us load all the cabinets and countertops carefully. Their prices are very competitive and very reasonably priced compared to other places I checked. I'm not even gonna go into this the…read morewhole story, but I had been working with this particular company for months, and I have a very long text thread of all our plans, the contractor for my kitchen had been out to my home at least four or five times to take measurements, sent me a beautifully design kitchen And now because I have to be in my house by May 31 I had to pick a different style kitchen from a different company that I was even lucky to find as most companies that do kitchen builds and installs were saying it would be 6-8 weeks just to order the cabinet supplies. Long story short, the owner time and time and time again, and I have the text thread to prove it, he assured me that as soon as the interior walls of my kitchen paint were dried, he would be out there and have the kitchen installed in two days on April 14. His name was Eric, but he assured me that anybody could assist me . I guess the entire state of Arizona doesn't have cell phone service , because he was in Arizona on the day of my kitchen Install April 14. Not only did he lose me time and money that was precious in order to get my occupancy permit to move into my new home, it was the lack of communication that was so unprofessional and beyond my ability as a business owner to comprehend. His partner or employee or whoever it is Andreas , he even called me two days before the April 14 Install, and was all upbeat and excited telling me that he had pushed things around and I have the text thread to prove it, he said rest assured we've got you. He kept saying we got you you're taken care of we'll see you at eight or 10am A.M. April 14th. We had to move around our construction crew, some of them missed other jobs just to be there so the kitchen could get primary focus, we went out of our way to make sure the kitchen was painted first so it could be done first. April 14 comes around....8am- no 365 cabinets at my house. I thought well they're just running late. 10 AM, 11 A.M., then noon! NO ONE HAD CALLED ME! I work 13 hour shifts, and I work with the population of people during this time of Coachella, that festival atenderá we're dying of fentanyl overdoses , so I put my full trust to 365 cabinets and having been reassured by Andreas that they would be there, I was able to focus on Work April 14, or so I thought. I finally had to call them around noon on April 14, and he still didn't really explain to me why they didn't show up. I felt like I was on an emotional whiplash! Not even 24 hours earlier he had called me to tell me all the good news how he had arranged his projects so that mine would be possible on April 14th. Finally I just said " Andreas, just get back to me and let me know when you can install my kitchen." He said, and i quote, " you've got it sir, you'll hear back from me by 5pm at the latest today." Just like my chance of ever using or recommending this place again, 5 pm came and went, no phone call no answer no texts from Andreas. Something about couldn't reach Eric in the state of Arizona after it had been a couple days. It put us in a real tight spot as I have no place to live on May 31, and have to have a kitchen and the city to come out and give me my final permit . Absolutely shameful..... I understand mistakes, I understand that things get mixed up, but what I don't understand is not having the courage to pick up the phone and just say "hey I'm taking accountability for this, we messed up. How can I make this right with you James " I had to hurry and scramble and call every kitchen and cabinet company in the inland Empire Riverside County Coachella Valley anywhere . They were giving me times like eight weeks or longer before the materials could even be delivered, much less installed. Thank God for for SUMMIT DESIGNS LTD in Corona. Not only do they have a nice showroom, you can hear the warehouse connected to them building cabinets getting things ready to be set out and delivered The owner presenting me with a proper contract had me put 50% down which is normal and because he's a general contractor you can tell he knows what he's doing . The bonus I was gonna give Eric at 3:65, I'm happily going to give to my new kitchen vendor at SUMMIT . To ghost a customer that you've been working with for months is un reprehensible! Stay away from this place, they may be the least expensive in the Valley, but you won't even get to pay that low cost because they don't show up, and worse yet they don't communicate. 10 times I had to tell him what type island I wanted and he couldn't get it or understand it. The very first day I called SUMMIT, the owner himself drove down to my home and took measurements and even corrected some things that were wrong from 365 cabinets measurements. And SUMMIT was able to give me the actual island that I wanted
