This guy was driving like an ass on I-76 tonight. Speed up, slow down, speed up, slow down in the left lane. I was following at a reasonable distance up to Sheridan and Ralston. While trying to make the light behind him, Red's Towing brake checked me in the middle of the intersection. This guy is going to cause more accidents than he cleans up. read more

My daughter was hit and got into a very bad accident so this company was called by the police to tow the vehicle. When we went to go get things out of the car the girl at the desk was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. We were trying to be as polite as we could but anytime we asked a question she gave us a very snarky reply and rolled her eyes. The guys in the back that we were dealing With were the totally opposite, very nice and helpful. read more

My mom had a seizure behind the wheel of my car and after dealing with that, the hospital, and going to the police department to find my car, the people behind the desk were RUDE as fuck! They gave me barely any information about the processes involved and attitude to make anyone run for the hills. Very disappointed read more

Red's Towing has been very helpful. I arrived at their establishment to get my garage door opener (which I forgot when i was in a crash earlier that day) and they were closed but the person in the garage went to my car and retrieved the opener and other documents from my glove box. When I went back today to finish clearing out my car, the three people in the office were very supportive and reminded me of how lucky I was to just lose my car, and not have any injuries. I am grateful that this towing company was so helpful during this very challenging time. read more

People at the dmv are nicer. Unprofessional and refuses to tow out your vehicle once in their tow yard. Rude employees no customer service.

I'm seeing a theme ... Got stuck with Red's because of my insurance. Car died late on a Friday, dealer already closed so called the warranty roadside assistance and they sent out Red's the next morning. Scheduled for 9-930, got a text at 805 that they were on their way and would be at my house in 6 min. Get a call but didn't bother to leave a message, called the tow company back and they said the driver was knocking on my door and nobody answered. Nobody ever showed up! Google maps will get you anywhere, seriously?? And then the guy answering the phone was so rude I was completely floored. By the way, the Public Utilities Commission regulates these guys - you can file a complaint with them, unfortunately customer service issues won't get me far. read more

I called on a Sat afternoon, driver was super friendly. Waited only 45 mins from my Allstate roadside assistance call. I was with friends so did not go with my car, big mistake. I have been using Moutianview Garage on Pearl street for 4 yrs so I know the layout of the parking lot. I told the driver where the key drop was & just put my last name on envelopes they guys will know from my voicemail what needs to be done. Well, Monday morning I get a call from Mike, he is very concerned cause my car was left unlocked, keys on front seat & my new stereo was professionally removed. I called Reds & they said it was not possible, send them a letter of concern. I filed a complaint with my insurance agency & will never use them again. I sent my letter with receipts & never heard a word from them. read more

Worst tow I've ever almost had. They couldn't find me so instead of calling the number I left they called off the truck. Rudest chic ever answered the phone. read more

I absolutely HATE that my insurance company insists on using this worthless company. They are rude, inconsiderate, and always take an additional hour above what the expected time is. They didn't pick up my vehicle bc I wasn't with it. Which would have been fine if they had the decency to call me and not make me wait 2 hours just to find out on my own. Would never recommend. read more

Very rude receptionist just hung up on me. They couldn't find my vehicle so they called off the truck after I was already waiting for 2 hours with no call. Terrible terrible service. How are they still open? read more

Max B., I may have spoken w/the same rude chick, last night. The property in which I reside uses Red's Towing, according to our information. However, last night, when I attempted to report a car illegally parked in a reserved, handicapped space, a rude female would only spout "Is our sign on your property?" and "We don't to anything, unless our sign's on the property." When I objected, she hung up. I called right back, and said "Do NOT hang up on me." She answered "Have a good day." and hung up, again. After all was said and done, I've been advised someone's to come out, next week, to post their signs, on the property. This is the saddest excuse for a business supposed to be a service business. I won't even give them one star. But you can't post a review without at least one. So, here's the FAKE star. They'll need to earn that. read more

Driver lied and said our vehicle was unattended when they arrived. They never arrived! We were with our vehicle the entire time. When the driver finally decided to answer his phone he had a horrible attitude. Not the service you are expecting while stranded and in distress. This wasn't a favor, you get paid to tow vehicles and provide a friendly service! read more

Red's was dispatched from my State Farm Roadside emergency. They said it would take 2 hours to get to me, in the middle of the day on a Saturday in perfectly good weather. I waited and waited. At the two hour mark, I called Reds, they said they were a little behind and would be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes go by, I call back they said 10 more minutes. Another 15 minutes go by and the driver calls me said he would be there in 45 minutes. I lost it, I said that is craziness I've already been waiting almost 3 hours for a tow!! He said the hell you will yell at me lady, you want me to come pick you up or not!!. I hung up there was no way I was going to have some verbally abusive jerk yell at me and then help me. Worst experience ever with any company hands down!! read more

One of their tow trucks just sped in front of me and my daughter in order to cut us off in a merge lane. The truck was so close we had to swerve to the right to avoid being hit and almost ran off the road. She was terrified. Not impressed with a company who would send irresponsible drivers out on the road. read more

Horrible horrible place. They towed my truck when I got into an accident "not my choice for tow" was not thinking about my stuff in my car when I went to go get my items out of my truck most everything was gone!!! Including a Dimond ring I had in the side of the door I had just picked up from the jewelers. Of corse they didn't have much to say. I cried so hard! Bunch of crooks!!! read more

Entirely incompetent group of people. They lost the key to my classic car and refused to compensate me or even admit their error. What made matters even worse is their abysmal customer service. Use ANY other company but Red's; you can't rely on them to even get the tow right, let alone provide courteous and effective customer service along the way. read more

Car broke down and called for a tow. The lady I spoke with asked for my name 4 times, put me on hold and forgot about me. Finally got back in touch and she said the soonest I could get a tow was 45 minutes. Had another company stop to see if I needed a tow about after 1/2 hour waiting and decided not to ditch Reds so said I had one on the wy. About 55 minutes of waiting I see them drive by, thinking the would turn around to get me...nope. Calked dispatch and he said he would radio the driver. About after a hour and 15 minutes of waiting I see Reds drive by me with another car they are towing. I then get a call from the driver that it would be another 1/2 hour before he could come and get me. Not happy...I have a dog in the car on a very hot day. Finally he gets there after waiting almost 2 hours and is trying to joke with me tht he wouldn't run my card until I smiled. Sorry but I was in no mood to smile! I should have taken the offer from the first ow truck that stopped. read more
