Since the start of the engagement (a phone call), Eric was extremely efficient, friendly, and was able to get my stranded AWD Forester towed with a flatbed truck within 15min in a tight downtown one-way street. He was so pleasant to work with and professional in what he does. My friend and I were admiring his skills in navigating the tight corners and being inches away from objects without hitting anything. Can I always request Acevedos for roadside assistance when I do need to call into my insurance company?
