However, this David Brown Collision has no record of any of this and when the owner of the dealership in Lansing had reached out to David Brown Collision to get some information, nobody seemed to have any idea what vehicle they were talking about. The customer service left quite a bit to be desired and just the general service from any staff was pretty much nonexistent. I would not recommend this auto shop if you want to have any idea what's going on with your vehicle.
