It's so hard finding someone you click with and also does an amazing job and Jaimie is both! You will not be disappointed in your services with her. I highly recommend, don't be fearful if it's your first time, I promise it will not be your last! I'm also thankful she moved to Johnstown as I live in Windsor and was driving to old town and the awful parking just to see her! I give her 10/5 stars!

Anyways, tried giving the girl two separate cc numbers over the phone, she said neither were allowing her to add to make the appt (they were legitimate cc) so I said I had nothing left to give her. Definitely poor judgment call on managements part and really really terrible customer service. I will be telling all the Johnstown girlies to go elsewhere from now on!

A little scary to hear. My wax did not last very long with hairs growing in fast. I will say the sugar did not hurt and no redness or puffiness. The business seems much more suited to Brazilian waxes if that's your jam.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review for this company. I was going to this location for about…read morea year and loved my aesthetician and was using her over and over again. In December 2023 I purchased packages because I was going so often to get waxed it sounded like a great deal pay for your waxes ahead of time and just get waxed for the next 12 months with having to pay every time. It was great until my aesthetician was let go in the month of June 2024 and she opened her own shop so of course I followed. I called EWC to request a refund and was unaware of the 30-day package purchase policy and now I can't get refunded for the remaining packages it can only be used as store credit now. I am no longer going back to EWC for product or waxing and now this money is just sitting at this company not being used. I understand policies are implemented for a reason but when I have no control over my aesthetician get fired and not wanting to go to some random person to wax my lady bits the company should respect that and refund the money and not try to keep the money a make me use them or their products.

My tech this last time rushed on my nails and did a very bad job. He cut me twice and seemed annoyed when I asked for the shape to be fixed. Every time I asked for anything to do with my nails I felt as though I was an annoyance. I had also asked to use my birthday coupon when I was paying. This coupon was sent to me by text, and then the tech accused me of trying to abuse their system by using the coupon....? After some discussion, she finally allowed me to use it, but that seemed unnecessary. It's unfortunate because this place has really good potential with the location and building

This review is very long, but comprehensive…read more Called ahead for 5 people to get nails done: 1 acrylic refill, 2 dip, and 2 gel, mentioning that some of us wanted design, calling to several places to find someone to accommodate us since that is a lot. We made the appointment for 3pm on a Sunday, and were told that it was completely doable and that we could be done before they closed at 5. We all showed up on time, and it seemed as though the nail salon had many other people make appointments at the same time as us, so after waiting an entire hour past the time, 3 of us were started-- one person with gel and the two with dip. 40 minutes before they closed, 1.25 hours into sitting around, and hadn't even begun on my acrylic refill, and we were notified only ONE staff could do design since everyone else was booked out. Incredibly disappointing, and clearly not coordinated. Nobody spoke to us, ignored us and grabbed others that came in after us and after our appointment slot and took care of them first. Had someone come to call only one of us back at 4:30, which would not have left enough time to get either of us done. Seems as though they have 2 good people who were booked out by others, but did not consider the large group that we'd called about a week ago. Vibes: The space was cute and professional-looking, which did not match the business practice whatsoever. I love supporting small businesses and I'm happy to see success, but the customer experience is overlooked. We were treated as if we were walk-ins without an appointment. Two of us are leaving without our nails done due to the timing. The others did get nails done and they look pretty good, and the green ones were a little patchy but the design was good. I wish I could have left a positive review, as the pink & purple nails turned out just how we asked.
