Please stay away from this builder…read more Our home was built in 2023, and from the beginning it's been one issue after another. On top of that, getting any response has been extremely frustrating. Emails go unanswered, and when you do bring something up, the reaction is often defensive instead of actually trying to fix the problem. The whole setup also feels very unprofessional. The builder's wife is the realtor selling the homes, and the superintendent is his daughter. When things need to be fixed, she often shows up to try to handle it herself instead of bringing in qualified professionals, which has been really concerning. We've dealt with so many problems already: * Tile cracking * Trim work full of nail holes and a poor paint finish * Roof leaks with wet spots in the ceiling * Cracked driveway * Flooring edges popping up * Cabinets coming damaged and easily dinged * Walls bowing (though they said they fixed it) * Dishwasher already went out * Leaking toilet * Window flashing not even properly attached * Paint throughout the house looks bad and inconsistent * Siding looks poorly cut and installed * Carpet padding already needs to be replaced * We've already had to replace an interior door Even the painters, who were very nice, didn't seem to have the correct colors and were using whatever they had (this is not on them but the builder), which shows in how the house turned out. This honestly isn't even everything, just the bigger issues. For a brand new home, this has been incredibly disappointing. Between the quality of work and the lack of accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I called several times asking if the key could be delivered but no help was provided. The moving truck arrived and has been sitting in the backyard for several days unable to unload the contents. The remotes that were dropped off days later in the mailbox don't open the garage doors. Now a week later, I received a call from Mr Nickell screaming at me for interrupting his vacation stating that I received a discount on the house, the transaction is closed, therefore he has NO responsibility going forward. If a builder sells you a house without delivering all the keys and remotes, a buyer would expect a prompt return call from the builder to provide a spare key or solution. Mr Nickell said sorry can't help you and don't call again. His treatment of a customer was appalling, rude, uncalled for, and unacceptable.

While our Insurance company allowed to select anyone in the area to assist us with the new flooring and details, they did recommend NWA Restoration as an option. We took them up on the offer. Because of the complexity and coordination with the flooring company, we chose to work with both because of their previous partnerships. While they were at it, we asked them for a few extras like painting our bedrooms, installing new the faucet and instant on hot water tap, and painting and cabinet work for the effected kitchen island. There were some challenges along the way. You should expect some. The good news is that Aaron was extremely responsive and attentive to each concern. He starts his mornings earlier, and responds quickly. They completed their work on time, the rooms look great, and the updated kitchen island is outstanding.

Communication was awful. No updates unless I chased them, and then it was vague excuses or blame-shifting to the city and subcontractors. Andrew, my company contact, contact Was nonexistent or inconsistent. When emails went to his brother owner of the company ? (due to nearly identical addresses), the responses were rude and unprofessional. I paid over $20,000 and still have not received a final itemized statement. Work quality is just as bad--poor roof support, ongoing leaks, and issues they tried to dismiss as "pre-existing" after covering them up with new siding and Sheetrock. I assure you, there were no leaks previous to this minor fire. This has been a costly, frustrating mess. Avoid this company.
