The first incident occurred about 3 1/2 weeks ago and someone didn't show up until 5:25. The second occurrence happened about a week ago and they arrived at 5:08. And now this morning it is 5:08 and nobody is here yet again. This is completely unacceptable and throws off everyone's day who count on a full morning workout prior to starting their work day. Seems to me they either need to find better help but in order to do that, probably pay more than $10/hour or whatever they are currently paying. Once I can understand, happening twice ok maybe a little issue, but the fact this happened a 3rd time tells me a change needs to be made. UPDATE: it is now 5:27am and STILL nobody is here and the gym has not opened yet.

I saw a mishap in the sauna at Onelife Windermere Pkwy on 2/3/2025. As usual, there were two other…read moreladies in the sauna when I entered the sauna post-workout. They left soon after I entered. A few minutes later, I realized the sauna was becoming excessively hot. When I looked up, I noticed that the thermostat had been covered with a napkin-like material. The sign on the door clearly states, "Do not cover the thermostat," which made me feel uneasy, so I decided to step out to inform the front desk. As I opened the door, the sauna's sprinklers suddenly activated, startling me, and moments later, the fire alarm went off. I did not find anybody at the front desk. Only one rep was doing a sales pitch on the table next to the front desk. He didn't seem bothered by the fire alarm and continued as normal. I had to interrupt him to tell that the sauna had an issue. The next day, I called the gym manager to ask about their safety protocols and what measures they planned to implement to prevent this from happening again. To my surprise, the manager stated that there were no plans to address the issue, insisting that the existing sign on the door was sufficient. When I raised concerns about customer safety--such as what could happen if the sprinklers failed or were tampered with just like the thermostat--the manager dismissively responded that they had no intention of taking any further action. He curtly stated, "It doesn't matter."

It's definitely a fun and family-friendly spot. But unfortunately, my visit took a bad turn. I slipped and fell on a very slick floor -- and I hadn't even been in the water yet. There was no caution sign at the spot, and it only appeared hours after my fall. My leg is still sore, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. A friend invited me and she's a huge fan of this place, so I really wanted to enjoy it too. But safety should come first. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the floor safety. Sadly, 3 stars from me for now.

The owner, Dan Owens, instructs these classes often and will absolutely crush your upper and lower body in the best possible way. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure every person in the room knows what to do and helps with form if necessary and welcomed. Another great perk is access to the locker rooms and saunas. I feel the entire facility is kept clean and organized. I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

We packed up and headed there. I went to the cashier line due to no one being available at customer service. The cashier stated she couldn't help but would call someone over. After waiting at minimum 10 minutes, a young man arrived. I told him the kayak we were looking for, showed him the sku number and asked if we could see it. After his failed attempt to access their inventory on the comouter he stated they do not have it. I asked if he could check other nearby stores and he said, "You can. You already did that." Well well. I did check online and it brought me to YOU so we see how far that got me. NOWHERE He actually walked away after stating that. No good bye, no help, nothing! Not even an attempt to up sell to a different kayak. I will NEVER go back here. We left, went to Academy and bought a kayak. My son paid with his money he saved up for months...cash Horrible customer service. Rude and not helpful.

She was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Kudos to her for going out of her way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. Keep her in your hire Dicks because she makes your brand shine.
