I tried using this location today, and the service was terrible. I came in needing to ship an item…read moreand print a label. Instead of helping, the employee basically brushed me off. They told me I needed a "special label," said they couldn't help pack my item, and didn't even offer to print the label. Their only solution was telling me to drive 18 miles away to another location. I went to the Houston shipping center they mentioned, and they handled everything with zero issues. They packed my item, printed my label, and provided the hazardous label--all for free. It was fast, easy, and the complete opposite of the Cypress experience. This location clearly doesn't care about helping customers. If another store can do all of this without a problem, there's no excuse for the lack of effort here.
