All tools (knives, gloves, crates) are provided. My coworker, her daughter and I harvested 12 full crates of organic broccoli. I tried to donate the suits but kept being ignored by the workers as I stood there holding them in my arms. No offer of assistance, nothing. A group of people came in and they got assistance right away; apparently they were volunteering to organize donations. I was then asked to move because I was in the way. Nice way to treat people who were trying to donate. So, you missed out on about $4,500 worth of suits by ignoring and then being rude.

The shelves and books are all color-coordinated, and pretty much everything seems to be in very decent condition. It feels more like a small secondhand boutique than a Goodwill, to be honest. Given the size of the space, I actually appreciate that it's laid out this way. It's easier to find things, and the things that I find are usually of higher quality. If you are trying to make a donation...I, personally, would not do it at this particular location. The thing I like about making donations to most Goodwill stores is the ease of it. I like being able to pull my car up to the side of the building and have an employee take the items without too much fuss. From all of the negative reviews on here, it seems like that isn't really how donations go down at this Goodwill store. We got to stay there for free, which was incredible due to being right across the street from our son in the NICU. The staff there were kind and very empathetic to our situation, and we got to meet other parents/families who were going through similar struggles. It's a place most people don't know fully about, but when you or someone you know has a child in the NICU, it's amazing that there is this place called the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House; a place to call home away from home.
