Now, two years later, nothing has changed and I mean that in the best way possible. All of the instructors, coaches, and professors are still amazing. I never left and I'm still training Jiu Jitsu here as an adult. At most martial arts schools, you mainly see kids' classes, but here you'll find something special: kids training, sparring, and even learning alongside their parents. The coaches are caring and attentive ensuring the kids learn respect, sportsmanship, and discipline. This place breed champions. You don't get a trophy or medal for participation you have to earn it. Jonas is the Muay Thai instructor who I have also had the opportunity to train with in the past. He tries to tailor the class to the needs and goals of the students.. whether it's to get in shape, learn self defense, or eventually fight in the ring, which he has a lot of experience with as well. The coach's daughter is state-ranked in girls wrestling, and I believe his son competes at the college level, which says a lot about the knowledge and dedication they bring to the gym.
