Misty took amazing care of me, initially one of the other stylists had waxed my brows but I felt like Frankenstein with block eyebrows. Upon checkout Misty asked me if I'd had a good experience and I told her that I didn't like my brows but that it was okay. She looked at me for a moment and then asked me to follow her to a room. Misty was great. she knew exactly how I wanted my eyebrows to look and made them so. I cannot thank you enough Misty; the extra effort and care that she put into making my brows perfect speaks volumes about taking pride in what she does and how she wants everyone to feel looked after. 100/100!! Thank you Misty. I'd go back in a heartbeat and see Misty again.

This review is not a reflection of the actual Medical…read moreservice but about the ability to contact Frontier Dermatology in Poulsbo. I needed to schedule a Mohs Surgery and couldn't get them to call me back within a reasonable timeframe. Everytime I called there was no one to pick up the phone and I wouldn't receive a call back for 48 hours. When I was called back I was unfortunately unable to answer (perils of the pilot profession- no phone access in flight) which would reset another 48 hours of waiting for a callback the next time I attempted to call them. I eventually had my pathology sent to Polyclinic in Seattle and scheduled the surgery on the first call (Polyclinic will answer your call).

I purchased a package of laser tattoo removal sessions with Denise and the two I've had so far have…read morebeen great. Denise is friendly and makes sure I'm comfortable while performing the procedure which goes very quickly on the small tattoos (thank goodness...it's bearable but not fun!). I had a couple prior appointments at a different provider in another city but have seen further improvement in the fading since seeing Denise, and her pricing is more reasonable. She is also realistic about results, no promises of things she can't deliver. I inquired about a separate aesthetic treatment and she said my skin wasn't advanced in age enough for it to make a difference, instead of taking my money and delivering sub-par results. The treatment space is private and comfortable though the lobby's a little confusing as it services a handul of different providers. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo removed I suggest getting a consultation with Denise. Your results may vary based on your skin, the type and color of ink used, and the age of the tattoo, so it's usually not a one-and-done treatment. I recommend Denise and Renew Laser Aesthetics.

I really wish I could give them a good review because the atmosphere was great and clean and…read moreeveryone was nice. I think the lady who did my nails was new at it but it took (not exaggerating) more than two hours to do an acrylic set. Even at other salons where they don't use drills it usually doesn't take more than an hour. Also she didn't put the acrylic all the way to my cuticles which she didn't push back... really not worth the money unfortunately or the time. I'm going to a different salon to get them fixed.

I had given this place a 5 star rave review about 3 years ago but feel like it is now time to…read moreremove my stars and update with a more accurate review. 3 years ago there was a wonderful staff in place here and it was a fun place to be. After being a loyal customer for quite a long time I came to learn that things weren't what they seemed at Longworth. All of the staff was humiliated and brutalized by their boss and were driven away, they all quit. I was called one day and told that my nail tech would no longer be doing my nails and they wanted me to come in an see someone else. Now, I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails and I was coming all the way there from Bainbridge, I sure as heck wasn't going to just let anyone work on my nails. In the time I was there I witnessed unsanitary practices and uncomfortable conversations between the owner and her employees or the owner talking about clients personal lives behind their backs. This is one of the main reasons I discontinued giving my business to this salon. There have been a few times that I have been in the area and thought, heck, I will just stop in and say hi or see if I can drop in for a pedi but each time that happened they were closed or there was no staff to accommodate. The filtered reviews of this place with 5 stars are a joke, friends of the owner just trying to help her out and get her a better star rating. Unfortunately the other reviews that are filtered that are less than stellar are actually quite accurate and in my opinion should not be filtered. If you have the time read all of the filtered reviews and take the bad ones seriously before deciding where you want to take your business.
