Upon checkout Misty asked me if I'd had a good experience and I told her that I didn't like my brows but that it was okay. She looked at me for a moment and then asked me to follow her to a room. I needed to schedule a Mohs Surgery and couldn't get them to call me back within a reasonable timeframe. Everytime I called there was no one to pick up the phone and I wouldn't receive a call back for 48 hours. When I was called back I was unfortunately unable to answer (perils of the pilot profession- no phone access in flight) which would reset another 48 hours of waiting for a callback the next time I attempted to call them. I eventually had my pathology sent to Polyclinic in Seattle and scheduled the surgery on the first call (Polyclinic will answer your call).

I inquired about a separate aesthetic treatment and she said my skin wasn't advanced in age enough for it to make a difference, instead of taking my money and delivering sub-par results. The treatment space is private and comfortable though the lobby's a little confusing as it services a handul of different providers. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo removed I suggest getting a consultation with Denise. In the time I was there I witnessed unsanitary practices and uncomfortable conversations between the owner and her employees or the owner talking about clients personal lives behind their backs. This is one of the main reasons I discontinued giving my business to this salon. There have been a few times that I have been in the area and thought, heck, I will just stop in and say hi or see if I can drop in for a pedi but each time that happened they were closed or there was no staff to accommodate. The filtered reviews of this place with 5 stars are a joke, friends of the owner just trying to help her out and get her a better star rating. Unfortunately the other reviews that are filtered that are less than stellar are actually quite accurate and in my opinion should not be filtered.
