I am beyond ecstatic that I found Dahlia. So far I have been here twice for scheduled appointments…read moreand every associate I have spoke/worked/dealt with were nothing but sweet and welcoming. It's a very nice space, too. I have been seeing Kayla, specifically for acne concerns, and this is a much different experience than my previous one (elsewhere) trying to get my skin right. I didn't realize how uncommon it was for some estheticians to not know how to treat acne and there was a lot of comfort brought upon me after my initial appointment and realizing that Kayla has trained and gained experience not only in the products that can help to maintain and control acne but in acne itself; understanding the condition is key and not a lot of esthi's do. I felt very secure after that first appointment and was eager to begin the custom skincare routine she sent me home with. I could feel a difference in my skin around the end of week 2/beginning of week 3 of using the products that she provided to me and this is a BIG deal because I have never seen the slightest result in such little time before. Even my sister-in-law remarked on how much better my skin was looking. After my second, and most recent appointment, my confidence in my decision to come here has only grown. I would recommend Dahlia to anyone looking to add some self love and self care to their lives.

I was asked ONCE over the phone for a credit card number. Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key. I hung up on Lesley, she called me back 20 minutes late and ended up canceling all my appointments due to this interaction with her. Overall, the ladies that do waxing and facials are wonderful!

I loved how this facial isn't one of those facials where someone puts a mask on you for 20 mins and walks out of the room. This wasn't boring at all.
