Keri has changed what services she provides so please check out her website to see what is currently offered. Keri is still my go to girl! My brows are always on point. She is always looking to educate, expand, and improve on what she can offer her clients. Since my last review, I have had a lash lift done. I have bad year round allergies so my eyes are always crying and itchy so for me this was a great option instead of lash extensions. My natural lashes are black and long but they stick out straight so this service actually curls them up. It doesn't take long and it last at least 6-8 weeks for me. (This last time 12 weeks) It looks great with or without mascara. My daughter has brownish black hair. Her brows are lighter and she always has to draw them in. She has had her brows tinted many times and she is extremely pleased on how it looks and the times it saves her each morning. Quick and easy and inexpensive. Keri also has done (airbrush) full face make up on me and it looked super amazing and it didn't feel heavy on my face. I was grocery shopping before my date night and I felt amazing! She also did eye makeup for my picky teenanger for prom. She was super happy with how it turned out. Keri now offers permanent make up such as eyeliner and micro blading. I have seen her work and spoke with her other clients that I know and they are all pleased with the outcome. I decided to get my eye brows micro bladed and I absolutely love how my eyebrows look!! It really does make a big difference on how I look and feel about my self! Keri used a numbing cream and picked a great color for my brows. She will give you a handout with after care instructions. It is super simple. For best results NO scratching, picking, scrubbing, or using products on tattooed area etc. The end results look natural and I have gotten lots of compliments from strangers, as well as, questions like -what do you use to fill in your brows? After I was healed up, I did need a touch up in just a couple small spots. I just got them touched up that about a week ago and I am eagerly awaiting to be all healed! She does an amazing job shaping my brows every time I go in to have them waxed. I leave feeling more beautiful because of her work. I also see her for Brazilians and she does an excellent job. Recently I discovered I am highly allergic to some common ingredients in cosmetic and body care products. She was fast to respond to my requests for ingredient lists and worked with me over the course of several months to find and provide hypo-allergenic products so she could continue to provide me service. Lesley is the owner of the salon and has no customer services skills. I called today to book a…read morewaxing appointment. My last appointment I tried to reschedule because I was stuck in traffic. I was asked ONCE over the phone for a credit card number. Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key. I hung up on Lesley, she called me back 20 minutes late and ended up canceling all my appointments due to this interaction with her. Overall, the ladies that do waxing and facials are wonderful!

Have you ever seen hair salon scenes in movies and TV shows where the customer and the hair stylist are gabbing and carrying on like close friends? My wife and I live that scene every time Tracy cuts our hair. Not both at the same time, of course. We do have our separate/back-to-back appointments. But that's also a cool thing about Tracy: during our block of time we both get to enjoy gabbing with her but for each of us it's a slightly different experience. But first, a bit of backtrack. In the ensuing four years since my review, Tracy's gotten to know our heads of hair very well. I think with me, her question, "So what are we doing with your hair today? The same thing?" is ceremonial. She knows my hair so well that I, as near-sighted as I am, don't have to don my eyeglasses to check out the cut until after she's done. It's always perfect. The true test of her perfection is the following morning after I've washed and blown dry my hair. The style and shape are perfect--exactly the way I like it. Every single cut. Which amazes me because Tracy and I get into some farflung conversations about food & cooking, movies, TV, books, and some politics. While moving through all these different subjects she maintains complete focus on the haircut. I hear her talking to my wife about similar subjects while giving her the same, beautiful cut each time. OK, she's a bit more experimental with my wife, trying a slightly different style or length, using a product, giving my wife tips on how to use that product and other tricks for getting her hair to maintain its same look and shape every morning. I of course need no such coaching, not with my shorter hair. And besides, with the way Tracy cuts my man hair, I could let it air dry, look in the mirror and smile, "Perfect." We've learned much about Tracy as she's learned about us these past four years. She's a warm and truly good person and man! Does she know a lot about all kinds of stuff as well as being highly skilled in other professional areas. It's always a joy to visit with her. We make a point of scheduling our back to back appointments weeks in advance because she only works Saturdays. It's kind of like going to a Saturday movie matinee every few weeks--but the three of us are in the movie.

Misty took amazing care of me, initially one of the other stylists had waxed my brows but I felt like Frankenstein with block eyebrows. Upon checkout Misty asked me if I'd had a good experience and I told her that I didn't like my brows but that it was okay. She looked at me for a moment and then asked me to follow her to a room.
