I should've exited the building after the first red flag, but we needed flooring installed in our rental unit and I didn't have time to shop around at other businesses (this one is very close to my home). I made a terrible decision. When it was clear that I was in need of fairly cheap flooring for a rental, I was immediately rushed through to select my flooring choice and was even left (by the woman that appears to run the place)mid sentence for a customer that had just walked in and likely wanted more expensive flooring than myself. My husband and I were talked to condescendingly, interrupted and argued with during almost the entire experience with the woman that appears to run this business. There was absolute terrible communication and scheduling. They even subcontracted the carpet installation! They left holes in the linoleum they installed and then blamed us for them...and each time I called to communicate, to ask when they're coming, why are there holes, etc...a finger was redirected at me...the paying customer. The holes still remain in my linoleum...that is BRAND NEW. I suggest you don't even enter this business's doors.

I worked with the owner. He was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me. Also super easy-going. I was on a tight deadline and pretty worried about the cost, too. I wound up with beautiful floors at a very good price, within the time I had hoped it would be done. I appreciated how easy Eureka Floor made this for me. It was such a smooth transaction from start to finish. That is priceless to me.

When you roll up to this tucked away spot, it already reminded me of an European cottage. It was a rainy afternoon so stepping inside the cafe area where you check in for the reservation was so warm and cozy. Their staff seemed happy to be there and we were greeted with the same warmth the cafe exuded. Getting into the spa was easy but you do have to make a reservation either over the phone or by walking in. Do note: if you want an hour with the sauna and hot tub, you have to tell them when booking. They will book you for an hour but for only one or the other if you don't tell them. I loved our time soaking in the hot tub. We had the best time and ended up buying the 10 pack. Definitely will be back again, and again, and again.

I was scared too because I don't usually spend $75 on an attachment for a vacuum but he said it worked well so I thought all right . cool i used the darn thing for at least 5 years if not closer to 10. I thought well heck I'll go back and see this man. I figured with Inflation it might cost me $100 or more. now cuz it's been like 10 years and I've only been in there one other time about 3 years ago when I found saw that he had broken his ankle I just stopped by to say hello and hope he would get well .I like the owner so I'll go back there. so I went back to today I took the old one in and said hey I need a new one of these. just about wore out the old one. and he said well I just happen to have one right here . He had two or three of them laying there. I thought well cool so I'm thinking it could be a hundred bucks or more and he Rings it up and tells me it's going to be 44.36 for the exact same one .the exact same one. so I think he ripped me off on the first one he didn't remember it. and . I thought this guy was a nice guy apparently he's just a wolf in sheep's clothing. I will never shop there again and I'm going to tell the whole world how he burned me for 75 bucks 10 years ago and then forgot and only charged me 44 .36 today he's the only man there he's the owner and operator so nothing has prices on it so I just assumed when he said 75 bucks that was the price I guess I should have went online and bought one but I was trying to support a local business I mean how do you pay $75 for something and then 10 years later get the exact same thing 44.36 something wrong with that picture
