I am leaving one star (which I have never done before) because when I bought my washer from EVA…read morewith extended warranty I knew that all I had to do was call, make an appointment and they would send a repair person out like they always had. But when I called 3 years later, still under warranty, they told me that they had outsourced the extended warranty contracts to a company called "Centricity" in Florida and that it was my responsibility to deal directly with them. Try Googling "Centricity complaints" and you will understand why I consider them to be a scam company from which I was unable to secure service of any kind after two weeks of trying; long/frequent hold times, closing case repeatedly without explanation, language barriers and getting automated product sales pitches with no other options when calling. So I gave up and bought a new wash elsewhere. EVA told me they were aware of the issues I was experiencing but when I asked to be reimbursed for a warranty which ultimately was not available to me they declined. In my opinion that this reflects unethical practices at best and fraud at worst. Buyer beware.
